Lovely to have two full bathrooms! The apartment was clean and comfortable. So close to Old Town, Old Route 66 and great restaurants! We were too busy to use the outdoor areas, but they looked inviting. Would stay here again!

What a great place! Good instructions for getting there and dedicated parking. The place was super clean, great lighting, and felt like a hotel with home amenities. We didn’t need to cook, but noticed all the cooking equipment available. THIS is hosting!

House was conveniently located to Old Town which was a must for us. Our only complaints, which are noted in the description of the property, was the access to the property, which was a little difficult to navigate parking the car, as well as the skylights in the bedrooms woke us up bright and early. Happy with the house overall.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Albuquerque. The location was convenient for exploring the city, including a short drive to Old Town, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The home was exactly as described—very clean, modern, well-designed, and equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, a private outdoor patio, and off street parking. Taryn was an excellent host who communicated clearly and made both check-in and check-out simple and stress-free.

Taryn was qucik to reply to communication. The house was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the quality stainless frying pans rather than the beat up non-stick ones that are often found in rental houses.

Thoughtful host

Had a short getaway with my daughters, but the place was super clean and put together well. The host took a step further with the extra details, An eye mask for the bright sun that comes through the skylights, a sound machine to block out the noise from the next-door neighbors, mints on my bed, and some delicious local coffee in the cabinet If ever in the area again,, I will definitely book another stay!

Getaway

My family and I wanted a little getaway. We decided on staying here and it was a great decision. The location of it is centrally located so it was just minutes away from everything we wanted to visit. The zoo, aquarium / botanical garden and restaurants. The host was very communicative, which I could appreciate, if there were any questions. All our needs were met and ended up being a very nice private place to stay. We would stay again and recommend staying here also.
