House has back-up batteries to keep the power running during electricity outages. It is serviced 5 times a week. Additional cleaning service can be arranged for a fee. Breakfast can be provided for an additional fee. Private chef, private chauffeur, yoga instructor, personal trainer, nanny, etc. can be arranged for an additional fee.
