The Space:
Brought to you by “Folly & Forge Vacations”, this home is perfectly located - less than a 5 minute walk to the sand of Folly Beach AND to Center St. shops and restaurants, "Happy Ours" is ideal for your large group or family. While there is room to sleep up to 14, the City of Folly Beach restricts our occupancy to 10 guests. The home features large open living spaces, spacious decks, and large backyard with fire pit, there's plenty of room to spread out while visiting. Both comfortable and elegant, this home features upscale appliances, soaring ceilings, luxury linens, and a beachy décor.

The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating for 4, and comes fully stocked with all the items you need to feed your crew! With a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and full cookware sets, you'll have no problem whipping up breakfast or dinner for the whole group to enjoy.

On the first floor you'll find a spacious living area, with comfortable leather sectional and big screen TV. There’s a comfortable bedroom with full size bed off the foyer, and a gorgeous full bathroom, with tiled walk-in shower!

Upstairs to the second floor, you'll find 3 Bedrooms and 2 amazing Bathrooms. The Master offers a King bed, spacious walk-in closet, private deck overlooking the backyard, and a breathtaking bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanities. The other 2 bedrooms on this floor offer Queen beds, spacious closets and share a beautiful bathroom with tiled walk-in shower.

Upstairs to the 3rd floor, you'll find an awesome Bunk Room with custom built-in Twin over Full bunks, and a game room with a 60-game Arcade system, Foosball table, big screen TV and comfortable seating for hanging out.

Off of the dining room, you'll find the spacious back deck with a screened and covered sitting area that includes a comfortable couch and bistro dining set. Another deck offers open air views of the large backyard, with charcoal grill for cooking out! The backyard has a wood-burning Fire Pit and is filled with tropical palm and citrus trees. Pick a fresh lime or mandarin orange for your cocktail right off the tree! An outdoor shower provides a spot to rinse the sand off after a day in the sun.

"Happy Ours" is private, but conveniently located near EVERYTHING on Folly Beach making it the ideal spot for your beach vacation any time of the year!

The Neighborhood:
Folly Beach, SC is our favorite beach community anywhere! It's funky. It's fun. It's Folly! With the ocean access just a short walk away, beach days are a breeze. Folly boasts a terrific array of restaurants and bars located on and around Center St which is less than 2 blocks from the home.

The 3rd St beach access is less than a 5 minute walk and has showers, bathroom facilities, a surfing school and picnic areas.

Charleston is just a short 20-minute drive, with some of the best restaurants and history anywhere in North America!

Getting Around:
Once you arrive on Folly, and you can walk and bike just about anywhere from our place. Relax, slow down and let the vacation vibes take over. Golf cart and beach gear rentals are also available by the day or by the week.
