Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding your stay at Creekside. We strive to deliver a 5-star experience to all of our guests, and know that guest communication is vital when issues arise during a stay. Regrettably, the part that we were awaiting to arrive prior to your check-in was delayed, and for that reason the repair could not be made during your stay. The pool and hot tub are certainly a top amenity for our guests whenever they book a stay with us at Creekside, and for that reason, we have contacted you since your departure to offer you a refund and invite you to stay with us again in the future.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We will need to investigate the power issue you mention as we have not experienced any power fluctuations on Folly in the past. Thank you for letting us know.

Hi Dara - We are glad you liked our home as much as we do. We are very disappointed about the cleaning issue. Due to the issues we had last summer we hired someone who only cleans our house so we have a direct line of communication. Apparently she was out sick before your stay and someone else did the cleaning and failed to notice the state of the shower curtains. In the future you can call the property manager and they will come out and address issues like this. As to the grout issue, maintenance is being sent in to remove and replace it. Once the grout fails the cleaners are not able to get to the mold because it sits behind the grout. In any case - thanks for your feedback - this is the only way we can continually improve our visitors experience. We are searching again for an alternate cleaning service until we get it right and our house gets the 5 star review we think it deserves.

Joseph, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are so sorry to hear that the house didn’t meet your expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness and maintenance. We strive to provide a high standard of comfort and luxury, and it’s clear we missed the mark in your case. Your feedback is invaluable, and we have addressed these concerns with our team to ensure improvements have been made. We hope we have the opportunity to offer you a better experience in the future!

Gail, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry for any confusion or issues you experienced finding public beach access. Due to the beach re-nourishment project that was taking place at the time, that particular entrance may have been closed off. We apologize for the issues you experienced with the fridge during your stay and lack of communication from our team. We also regret that the dock and pool didn’t meet your expectations. We strive to ensure everything is in top condition and to provide helpful, timely support. We have addressed these with our team and made the necessary repairs and improvements to provide a better stay for all future guests. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure a much more satisfying experience next time.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our home. We loved to hear your comments about the linens, as we decided last year to upgrade to much higher quality sheets and towels and all the beds are made before you arrive so you can start your vacation as soon as you walk in the door.
