Come and enjoy a peaceful holiday in our beautiful Landes region in Mimizan Plage, in this beautiful apartment "Le Sunset".

Located 300 meters from the beach "Remember", and a few minutes walk from the city center.

No need to use your car anymore.

This T2 apartment with terrace offers:

* 1 bedroom with a large double bed (160X200), and its storage cupboard with built-in dressing room inside.

* 1 bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a vanity unit with sink, a toilet, a washing machine, a towel dryer and a hair dryer.

* 1 equipped kitchen open to its living / dining room:
-Hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, senseo coffee maker, blender, kitchen utensils and basic household products...

The accommodations are equipped with two televisions (bedroom and living room) with TNT channels. No Wifi for the moment.

This accommodations are equipped with a shared bicycle room and a private parking space.

Bed linen is included in the price, but towels are extra.

Wir, Paar mit Hund, haben in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung unseren Urlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Neubaugebiet, direkt fussläufig zum Strand und Wald. Es ist alles super gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer über WhatsApp ansprechbar. Wir können den Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlen. Einfach toll.
