On the 1st floor/2 of a small residence, comfortable apartment, ideally located, close to the seafront, 2 minutes walk from the heart of Mimizan beach and its many shops and restaurants. Cycle path at the foot of the building.
Drop off your car and make the most of your stay in the center of Mimizan beach while remaining quiet, balcony overlooking the garden facing west.
For more convenience, a bakery is located at the bottom of the building.
Provision of bicycles, beach games, petanque balls, bodyboards, fibre, baby equipment on request, dishwasher and washing machine and private garage on the garden side of 17 M2.

Appartement idéalement situé et très bien équipé, tel que décrit dans l’annonce. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables et, c’est sûr, nous reviendrons !

Logement très propre où rien ne manque. Situation idéale à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Le parking privé est un plus indispensable. Accueil très chaleureux et disponibilité des logeur. Je recommande.cette location.

Exceptionnel

Sandrine et Joël sont des hôtes chaleureux et d une bienveillance rare. Leur appartement est tres confortable, magnifiquement agencé, ou rien ne manque. Nous avons passé un sejour merveilleux, nous avons hate de revenir.
