This spacious, fifth-floor condo is located at the Dunes near Fort Morgan Beach. Outside, enjoy panoramic Gulf views from your furnished, oversized balcony, while inside, this vacation rental features newly-updated furnishings and decor throughout, a well-equipped, full kitchen to make it easy to prepare cost-saving meals at home, a dining table for four, and a cozy living area with a smart, flatscreen TV and a desk and chair all ready to help with remote work or schooling while you're away. You and your guests are also invited to use the many on-site, shared amenities including a swim-thru indoor/outdoor pool, pool spa, grilling area, and fitness center.

Property and views were amazing, however the master bed is super uncomfortable and their is mold on the ceilings of both bathrooms. The condo is loterally the last place to stay before Fort Morgan so if you want something close to town, this is not the place. Super relaxing and secluded. Close to a small market and 2 restaurants on the beach!

The property was a good distance to the beach. Lots of rules. Lots of threats of eviction of rules are not followed. The VRBO site didn’t include all the strict rules.

Awesome Beach Experience!

Super Clean, nicely decorated, condo with a 7 min walk to the beach. Nice pool and exercise room shared with others. Security guard on site, very helpful. Loved the sectional couch on the balcony was an unexpected extra that we loved overlooking the ocean at Ft. Walton. First time staying in the area..less traffic and family like atmosphere. Only suggestion for improvement is to replace the mattress in the master bedroom with a softer one. Overall 9/10 rating, reasonably priced.

Wonder family get-a-way

Two bathrooms is so nice when getting cleaned up from a day in the sand. Wonderful view and easy walk to the beach. Had all the kitchen amenities we needed and very comfortable. Thank you!

All good, I wish there was a few coffee pods to get us going that morning as coffee is a ways away. But that is not standard I know but it would make a great little difference.

Beautiful place

This place was beautiful and clean. As well as reasonably priced compared to other places for the same time frame. You’re not directly on the beach but a quick 5 minute walk and you will be. The place says it can sleep up to 6 but the max amount is 4, this was fine for our family. This place is also at the end of fort Morgan road, I would make a day out of it if you go to gulf shores it takes 30 plus minutes to get there. Overall nice place.

Great stay

We loved the view. It was walking distance to the beach. Hopefully the renovations will be done next time. They got started at 7:00 AM outside the door. We still enjoyed it

Relaxing getaway after a busy year.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! We initially had trouble logging into the wifi, but everyone at Vacasa and the owner were incredibly helpful. The condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable; and the balcony and view were just perfect.. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Thank you for a wonderful getaway! We hope to come back again next year.

Cleanliness is priory to us and this condo was awesome. Great job!!! Short walk to beach and the balcony view of ocean was wonderful Balcony couch was so relaxing , we spent a lot of time out there relaxing and “napping”, reading , and early morning coffee . We definitely plan to try to reserve this condo again in future!!

Love the Fort Morgan area, Condo needs a good cleaning.

Was disappointed in the way they cleaned the condo. The door that had the water heater in it was caked with dust. The vents in bathrooms also had a lot of dust and dirt on them. The master bathroom, the tub did not drain. Good thing we had another bathroom to use. Everything else in the condo was good. We liked the area we were in. It was on the quiet side. Nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean and ships go in and out.

Worst stay at Vacasa beach condo

Although The Dunes is a convenient place to stay when visiting Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores beach, Vacasa’s handling of our stay was awful. 1. Unmade beds and dirty sheets when we arrived. 2. Unclean and unsanitized bathroom and kitchen. 3. Poor/lack of communication on a Sunday evening. (It’s my vacation; you should be available.) 4. Failure to tell us there would be full scale construction outside of our door at 7:00 AM and throughout the day! 5. I will not rent another Vacasa property if I can help it. Corporate ownership loses the touch and attention to its clients an individual owner offers.

We loved the view of the Gulf and the south facing balcony. Some updates in the home were evident in the bathrooms and living room area. The kitchen is definitely due for an update. The couch had a bad oder on humid days and was not comfortable. The home was superficially clean upon our arrival but it is way past time for a deep clean. Overall many of our complaints could be alleviated with a deep clean from Vacasa staff, removal of obvious dust clumps from ceiling vent fans, corners, molding, plastic plants, grunge on stove top burner trays. Towels and pillows were plentiful, actually too many to store in such a small place. We had to buy our own hangers as there were none. We mostly enjoyed the place but would not probably go back for the above reasons.

Family Holiday Stay

The Condo is well stocked, clean, and the views and outdoor space is wonderful. However the beds are extremely uncomfortable and there were no blankets available. I would have brought some had I known. And there was no information available to use the gym onsite Other than that, the experience was great.
