Lae Nani 432 is 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom air-conditioned condo and is a perfect tropical getaway for up to 4 guests. This third-floor penthouse condo is located on lush, well-manicured grounds with a heated pool adjacent to the ocean as well as a beach and a protected swim area for children. There are two large lanais, both with fantastic ocean views. The spacious interior has custom cabinets, high-end countertops, and is in the process of being redecorated in a coastal theme. The unit is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay including a fully-stocked kitchen, free cable and Wi-Fi, air conditioned bedrooms, beach toys, and more. The Lae Nani condo complex is centrally located on the east shore of Kauai within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.

Amazing!!

Our stay was amazing! Location was great because we went both directions on the island to other towns and excursions and didn’t take long at all! Communication from the property manager and company was great and they are very friendly! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Views are beautiful! The only tiny thing that needs improvement would be the signs of the condo #’s and what direction they are when you come through the gate need to be lite up better because we got their late at night and had to call to find out which direction to go from he gate to see our unit, but they answered right away and gave good directions! Overall would definitely stay here again and recommend it anyone!! Mahalo🌺🏝️

Fabulous condo with gorgeous view

My husband, 2 young boys and I stayed here for our spring break and had the best time. The condo was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, there were beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, sand and pool toys, plenty of beach towels and even beach bags we could borrow. The location was walking distance to restaurants and shops and the beach out front was beautiful. My boys loved playing on the beach and swimming in the pool. The complex was quiet and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

stay in paradise!

Tina provided everything we could possibly need in this unit. The only problem we encountered was a mix-up in the checking in process. I am not sure what went wrong, but I did not get the check-in instructions., After this was resolved, everything went very well and we really enjoyed our stay this beautiful island, it was everything we dreamed of, and I hope to visit again in a year or so.

Spring Break Kauai

We enjoyed the property as it had all the amenities that we needed. The pool was clean and warm and was great way to end each day. It a short walk to the bakery and restaurants. We would recommend this place to others.

Spring Break March 2024

Overall the stay and location was great. We love Lae Nani and have stayed in various condos now. This condo was great but there were a few issues that got resolved pretty quickly - microwave was broken so we were given a loaner. Also the AC didn't work in the living room so two portable units were provided. The condo was neat and tidy and well stocked. We'll be back!

Wonderful property, quiet and peaceful

What a wonderful location! Peaceful, conveniently located on the island with a beautiful view. The unit is one of the best that we have booked through VRBO. It is well planned, comfortable and has everything one may need in the kitchen. Tina and Leichtel were extremely responsive with questions. This is a great location to decompress and relax. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Great "extras"

The property was as advertised on VRBO, frankly the photos don't do the view justice. We appreciate the full size washer and dryer, well stocked kitchen but especially the outside closet with all the things you'd need for the beach. Having access to beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, at least 3 boogie boards, pool noodles, etc made the stay extra nice. I appreciate not having to buy that stuff for a trip and then see it end up in the garbage or something. The pool was nice, the beach was great and easy access to restaurants and shopping. We'd stay here again.

Wonderful place

Property is in a great central location to get to both the north and the south. Everything was as listed but the peaceful view of the ocean may have been understated. It was fantastic. Property team was very communicative and helpful. Absolutely would stay here again.

Great Views!

We just returned from our stay and really enjoyed everything. The pics do not show just how beautiful the view is. There is a fantastic ocean view from the Living room and primary bedroom. Great location to go both north and south on the island. Very well equipped with all you need to cook at home. Fully stocked outdoor storage with cooler, chairs, large sun umbrella and more. Please note-this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. Not a big deal for us but might be for some. The property has lawn chairs to sit near the ocean and a large pool. Loved having Lava Lava and market right next door.

Lae Nani 432

This places was amazing! It had everything we could have asked for and everything it said on the VRBO. Right from walking in we could tell how outstanding our stay was going to be. Very clean and a view that was more than we could have hoped for. We woke up every morning drinking our coffee to this gorgeous view! The property was quite and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The beach was beautiful and the pool was great! Thank you! We can’t wait to visit again!

Rent a different condo in this complex

Lea Nani property is one of the best condo type places in Kauai. Rent a place at Lae Nani, but consider avoiding this one and Blue Jade Realty. This condo just needs to take a day for some work. Kitchen is ok but you need to work around a couple drawers that won’t close at all. Every time you open refrigerator it hits ceiling fan switch and turns it off which is almost comical. The patio has a great view but the outdoor furniture is in disrepair and the patio door is so hard to open and close you almost don’t want to go out there. By far the worst part is the loud rattle sound made by the living room air conditioner…so loud it’s hard to be in the living room when it’s on. Blue Jade has yet to address this very loud noise in main living space after 9 days. Look, I’ve done short-term rentals on several continents dozens of times and the Lea Nani complex is great and this condo is clean and well appointed but misses the mark in an otherwise wonderful complex. Rent a different condo, for less, in this complex.

I can't think Tina and her team enough regarding this stay in Kauai. We arrived super late after many miles of hiking with kids and had a completely random plumbing issue arise. Tina, not only answered the phone late at night but had a plumber en route almost immediately. He just so happened to have the right part on his truck and kept the water from running all night. The customer support and communication was amazing! Now to the property- We highly recommend staying at this complex in this unit. It is so convenient to everything. My wife found a massage nearby, I had hula lessons at a hula show, there was live music next door, the beach was perfect for boogie boarding, oceanfront golf is just down the highway, shall I go on? It was absolutely perfect for our family!

Wonderful view!

This is a great property with everything we needed. The view is wonderful, and it was a great place for us and our teens to stay. The beach is a great place to play or relax, and the pool is nearby. We would definitely come back again.

Exquisite place to stay

This place is a superb vacation place for up to 4 adults or a family with kids. The center place is dining/family room with open space to the extremely well equipped U-shaped kitchen, from pan and pots to utensils, glasses and silverware. Fridge, stove and and sink are big and fully functional. If you cook you would not be disappointed. The balcony (2) is spatious and have also a dining table with the full view at the ocean 👍. Access two the sandy beach is just a few minute across a green lawn (it is important as you can clean your sandy feet when walking back). Taking a short swim before dinner, after a long day of exploring great places around Kauai, is a plus and highly recommended. We will certainly consider get back next time when on Kauai.

Living in Paradise!

We loved our stay in this wonderful and comfortable condo. The beach out front, the resort property and amenities, surrounding neighborhood were all incredible. The condo is within walking distance to the Coconut Market Place (ABC store, restaurants, souvenir shops), many restaurants, and a great beach/walking path. One of the reasons we chose this condo was for the in unit washer/dryer which allowed us to pack about half the amount of clothes. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental property (bonus items like coffee grinder, air fryer, ice packs). We appreciated the closet of beach and pool items on the lanai and used the boogie boards, floaties, and coolers often. Our daughters (ages 7 and 10) loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. We sat on the main lanai every morning and every evening. The view from the lanai is the best part of the condo and I still dream about it and the sound of the crashing waves. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone, especially families. Our favorite restaurants in the area were Lava Lava Beach Club (walking distance on the beach) and Wailua Drive-in (short drive, but great Hawaiian/island food). We loved our stay and would love to come back one day!

KC Does Kauai

We loved the property and location for our 2 week stay in beautiful Kauai. This property is a block from the Coconut Marketplace. You can also walk to the adjacent property which hosts the LavaLava Beach Club. The unit is a bit dated, but it served our needs just fine. I’m sure the new(ish) owners will be gradually updating things. The property manager was good to work with. We had an issue with the washing machine and they were unreasonably fast to respond and get it taken care of. I say unreasonable b/c of how late they were responding at night. Very helpful! We would absolutely stay at this property, and hopefully this unit, again!

Beautiful undersold property!

We are family of 4, with 2 kids. We loved staying here. This property is absolutely undersold. They need to put better pictures. Loved the location. Is directly in front of the Lae Nani small pool perfect for kids to swim and snorkel in. It did have few fish when there was swell. They have taps below the building to wash off sand before we climb up. Property has ample parking, and never had issue finding a spot. Walk-able distance to next door Lava Lava Beach Club and Coconut Shopping Center. They have Farmers market at Coconut Shopping Center on Wednesday's where they have fresh fruits, tropical breads and coconut water. It is also near to Grocery and food. Has perfect view of ocean from Living room+Kitchen and Master Bedroom. Couple of cons, which we knew when we booked. This is on 3rd floor. But they have a dolly to bring stuff upstairs. However we saw that after we already got upstairs. Also we are not much fan of carpet. They have beautiful tiles below the carpet, and I wish they get rid of the carpet.

Fantastic Condo, it’s a must see!

Where to even start…the condo has the most amazing view from the lanai, spacious, well stocked. All around a gem! Perfect for families. Walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace. Would 100% recommend and return!

Beautiful view, great location!

Our stay here was wonderful! Gorgeous view of the ocean from the deck! The condo was stocked with everything we needed including water toys, like boogie boards, chairs, ice chest, and umbrella. The accommodations were so comfortable for our family of 4. The property manager, Tina, was very communicative. We were within walking distance to a grocery store, coffee shop and wonderful beach restaurant right next door. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Kauai!

This Unit was Fantastic

This unit is SUPER well appointed with anything a guest could ask for. The A/C was welcomed on this trip because we are From the Southwest US and the humidity is something we are not used to. One thing that I would have liked is to have had an explanation on how to use the TVs (for nighttime viewing), and to know where the beach chairs, toys, etc were located. We didn’t realize we had those things until the last day (I don’t like snooping in other people’s things-they are in the lanai closet). Will 100% stay in this unit again. Thank you for helping make our trip memorable.

Great location

We had a great time at this VRBO stay in Kapa'a. This was our first trip to Hawaii with our kids, And this place was perfect. Easy access to a pool & beach; with a cove that has calmer water (great for smaller children). And they had all the necessary beach/pool equipment (although it might be time for a replacement on one of the boogie boards and umbrella - they were falling apart). There is also a great little shopping center right next door that has good restaurants/takeout and a small market for the essentials. We would definitely recommend this place. And we hope to return someday soon. Thanks!

Comfortable, clean, quiet, well-appointed condo

This 2-bedroom 2-bath unit is comfortable, clean, and quiet. Beds are comfortable and there are lots of towels provided. The kitchen is beautifully stocked and a pleasure to cook in. The unit has 2 lanais with ocean views, as well as an in-unit full-sized washer/dryer. The new owners are doing upgrades to the unit to make it even better. The complex gardens are really gorgeous. The complex has beach access with an area protected from the surf by rocks. It is a short walk along the beach to Coconut Grove Marketplace to the north and Lydgate beach to the south. There is a bus stop located about 5 minutes from the complex, and a trip to old Kapa'a makes for a pleasant afternoon. Things to note: this unit is on the third floor with only stair access. The management company was communicative until I objected to their unilaterally delaying my check-in time and to their scheduling interior pest-spraying during our stay, then they stopped responding.
