Lae Nani is beautifully maintained. You have oceanfront, pool, and a beautiful condo. The owners are wonderful hosts providing everything you need. Great location in Kapaa within walking distance of Coconut Market as well as several dining options. View was incredible with beach access within a few steps of the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were very useful for beach days. AC in bedrooms was nice to escape the heat, main living areas do get warm but manageable. Overall would recommend.

The beach and surf is right there for you to enjoy. You can hear the surf all day long and and the swimming is fantastic.You can walk to the Coconut marketplace to hear some live music or get something to eat. This was an amazing vacation.

Great Stay at Lae Nani

Really enjoyed our time at Lae Nani. Condo is in great shape. Had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. We spent time on the north and south sides of the island and this location was in between so it worked out good for us. The grounds around the condos is very nice and lush. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Shannon and Wendell for hosting our family.

This place was beyond expectations. The condo has the best views in the entire complex. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The beach in front was great for snorkeling and relaxing. The unit is stocked with everything you’d need for the beach…chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment, water shoes and coolers!!!The location is ideal. It is centrally located on the island so travel to the activities north and south is a breeze. In addition, it is steps from the shops at Coconut Market and Lava Lava Restaurant (highly recommended.) The beautiful bike path, which is 7 miles (one way) along the ocean starts down the street. As for the hosts, they were amazing. They gave great recommendations for dinners and activities and answered every text within minutes. Book this place! You won’t regret it.

Amazing oceanside condo!!

Home Away from Home

We stayed in this third floor condo with our daughter and son-in-law for a family vacation. This beautiful home and the owners exceeded our expectations. The condo was in excellent condition very well equipped with all that you need for a nice Hawaiian vacation. The location works well- between the activities in the north and south and southeast. We found plenty of good restaurants nearby.

The unit is owned by Shannon and Wendell Meeres. We are truly beach people and love to spend time at this amazing location. Wendell is an avid kiteboarder, wing foiler and SUP surfer who has found a few secret spots to ride from on Kauai. Shannon is always on the look out for interesting travel opportunities around the world.

We looked all over Hawaii for properties and fell in love with Kauai. After looking at a number of properties on Kauai, we walked into Lae Nani 535 and stood dumbfounded by the view. We purchased the property from the original owners who were friends of the developer and who advised them to purchase this specific unit on the basis that it had the best views and the most privacy of any unit in the complex.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The East side of Kauai (also known as the Coconut Coast) is unsurpassed in location and access to the rest of the island. The weather here is in between the wet zone (North Shore) and the dry zone (South Shore). Our unit is unique in that both the master bedroom and the living room directly face the ocean and the feeling of privacy from the other units is unsurpassed. The previous owners completed an extensive renovation and we will continue to update and maintain our unit, striving to create a Hawaiian feel with original artwork and restored local furniture.

After touring much of Hawaii, we believe that Lae Nani captures the true Hawaii feel which is represented by the beautiful beach, the lush gardens and the sound of the surf. This particular complex is very peaceful yet is just steps to restaurants, shopping and easy access to both the North Shore and the South Shore. One of the few casual beach bars/restaurants on the Island is the Lava Lava which is a one minute walk from Lae Nani.

Also, helping make Lae Nani so special is an ancient Hawaiian spiritual site (called a Heiau) which is located on the point, in front of the complex. The special nature of this location has been known to the local Hawaiians (Polynesians) for perhaps 1400 years and now we have the honor of being able to experience it and share it respectfully with our guests.
