Perfect Place - Perfect Week

The home was fully furnished and we were absolutely pleased. The beds were comfy, the master bedroom view was amazing, the screened in porch was perfect for my 22mo, all dishes & cookware were available for me to prepare a proper meal in house. We didn’t want to leave!!!

Great location!

Great location if you want direct access to the beach . . . you can't get much closer in Boca Grande than this. Unit was well accommodated with an updated kitchen. The extra supplies given by PB was a nice touch and definitely came in handy. Will return again next year.

Boca Grande Getaway

This was our second year in Boca Grande. We love this quiet beach town and will definitely return. The condo is the perfect location, and has everything you need for a great stay. The screened patio and kitchen have been updated and that’s where we spent most of our at home time. The linens in the house could use a refresh but the beds were very comfortable. Don’t miss the sunsets! They are the highlights of the trip!

good enough

we loved the location of this property and the back porch that overlooked the ocean. it could REALLY use a good cleaning (thick dust on fans mold in bathrooms) and updated linens. we appreciated the extra beach towels and the location made up for any misgivings.
