The property was clean, neat, and worked perfect for our family. The host provided great information on where to eat. It was easy check in and check out. My kids loved having table tennis at the house. Great location in a super quiet neighborhood.

Enjoyable stay

The property is accurately described and lived up to the pictures. It is in a good location with easy access to trails and main roads. We particularly enjoyed the backyard firepit that was well stocked with firewood.

Spacious for our family of 5! Owner communicated throughout the stay just to check on us. Loved the fenced in backyard and fire pit. Well equipped house and loved the way we securely signed in and out of the smart TVs.

Cozy weekend getaway

My husband and I brought our Golden Retriever with us to visit our son, who attends the University of Arkansas, for the weekend. Communication with Staci was easy and she was very helpful. The house was clean and was fully stocked with anything you would need. The extra snacks, waters in the fridge, and coffee bar were so nice.

Bella Vista stay

We have stayed in many vrbo homes, this home surpassed all of them. There was so many small touches that made it so wonderful. The coffee bar and snacks were unexpected and so appreciated. Our pup loved the back yard and so did we. The hosts were attentive and communicated every day of our stay. Thanks again for a great stay.

Perfect Choice

Golf trip

A group of 4 of us visited Bella Vista for the weekend to play golf. This is the 4th time we have done this the past few years. The house was exactly what was shown in the listing. Everything was functional, beds were comfortable, and essentials were there as well. Thank you for a great weekend.

Peaceful retreat

We had an amazing time here! This place was amazing! Not only is it a mountain biker paradise from the bike shop in garage with tools to the many trails right in the back yard the owner also had everything available you could possibly think of. She really has a nack and skill to make everyone comfortable. The house is beautiful inside and out and was a very quiet place to relax at. I highly recommend starting here to anyone as it’s the perfect get away spot.

Great house near trails

We traveled to Bella Vista for a hiking trip. This house was very comfortable for us and our dog.The location is the best for hiking! Walking distance to Sugar Bridge trail (connects to Danger Will Robinson) and Tunnel Vision Trail and Kingswood Connector trail. Tunnel Vision trail connects to Windsor Lake Dam and Tanyard Nature area and LagoVista trail to Lake Avalon. We hiked so many beautiful trails without needing to get into the car. The backyard is fenced for the dog. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is outfitted with everything we needed. The host thought of everything to make the visit enjoyable. Lots of books and games.Shopping: Walmart isn't too far away for stocking up, but we visited Harp's grocery for the short list of things we needed when we didn't want to deal with the Walmart crowds. Harps is just up the road. A drive, but an easy drive. This house will definitely be on our list for the next visit to Bella Vista! Recommended!

Great Weekend Getaway

Our favorite thing about the house and our stay was the security of the fully fenced backyard. We brought our two dogs with us, and it was so nice to be able to just let them out the back door into the backyard. It is a chain link fence without any holes or gaps. The house was very nice and welcoming in a nice location in the middle of the Bella Vista, AR area. The house had all the essentials needed for our stay. The fire pit looked nice (although we couldn't use it due to rain). The covered back porch and patio set was nice though.

Really enjoyed our stay. Home is clean, well kept and accommodated a group of six adults perfectly. Enjoyed the fire pit, the room living room and bedrooms. Special treat was all the snacks provided! :). Would definitely stay there again!!
