A cozy nest in the Zillertal

You live on the first floor and have two floors and two separate bedrooms. We have a restored cot for a small child. We have a bathroom with shower and WC on each floor, and there is also a bathtub on the upper floor. The balconies have a south-west orientation for a marvellous view and plenty of sunshine. Parquet flooring creates a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove* as a cosy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs are a matter of course. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, a ceramic hob, a large dishwasher and an oven.

Our Neschtl is located directly in a residential area of Ramsau in a flat house. You can start your holiday in Zillertal from here even without a car.

The Zillertalbahn railway and the bus stops for the local buses and ski buses are only 5 minutes away from us. There are also numerous grocery shops and if you like shopping or want to enjoy the nightlife, Mayrhofen is only 3 km away.

*For safety reasons, use of the stove is ONLY permitted in autumn and in the winter months.

Lovely apartment at a great location in the beautiful Zillertal

We had a wonderful experience staying for a few weeks in the summer. The location is perfect, close to groceries, restaurants, and the Zillertalbahn and yet, very quiet. The apartment is spacious with beutiful views. The owners are professional, friendly, helpful and very accomodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we are looking forward to repeating it ! V&K

Tolle Ferienwohnung, ganz liebe Vermieter die sich gut um einen kümmern wenn gewünscht. Wer gerne und viel Kochen will wird ein paar Utensilien vermissen was aber den guten gesamt Eindruck nicht schmälern soll. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Danke an die tollen Vermieter

Alles wunderbar!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll! Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein großer Hund. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet, super sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Gastgeber waren besonders freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auf unseren Hund wartete sogar schon ein gemütliches Hundebett.Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, aber dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen - alles (Ski-Lifte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, etc.) in der Nähe aber nachts hört man keine störenden Geräusche.Parkplätze sind genug vor dem Haus vorhanden.Mit dem Hund kann man ebenfalls direkt zu einem kleinen Fluss und eine hübsche Wanderroute gehen.Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Der Kamin durfte auch genutzt werden und das Holzpaket (gegen kleine Gebühr) wurde uns sogar von den Gastgebern vor die Tür gestellt. Insgesamt also eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Traumhaft gemütliche FeWo

Wir waren für 5 Tage zu Gast und total begeistert. Die Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin Carola war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage für uns war ebenfalls top. Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Lebensmittelgeschäfte waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden zu jeder Zeit die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Carola und Jan. LG Holger, Sabine und Lisa

Wunderschöne Fewo

Wir durften 2 Wochen im wunderschönen Nescht`l verbringen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Wir hatten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten den Fahrradweg sowie Bus und Bahn fast direkt vor der Tür. Danke für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Lieben Gruß von Conny und Markus

Wir waren rundum begeistert 😄

Ein sehr gemütliches Apartment , liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen netten Details. Zentrale ruhige Lage mit Ski und Wanderwegen in der Nähe. Die Vermieter waren während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr hilfsbereit und standen uns immer mit tollen Tipps zur Seite. Es war ein toller erholsamer Urlaub!
