Spacious apartment on the second floor. Everything is present. Super clean!In the center of the town next to the local railway. About 1.5 km from Zell am Ziller ski station. I would rent this again without hesitation.

Eine sehr schöne, große Wohnung. Die Betten sind bequem und die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Es war eine tolle und große Ferienwohnung. Sie war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und der Check-In im Vorfeld waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Wege zum Bahnhof und zum Skibus waren sehr kurz und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchte. Sie Wohnung liegt nah an Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle, sodass man Ausflüge auch gut mit offentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unternehmen. Wir hatte eine sehr schönen Urlaub, vielen Dank dafür!

Check-in und Check-out waren sehr unkompliziert - die Gastgeber sehr freundlich! Die Wohnung entsprach zu 100% den Angaben und Fotos auf der Website. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, die Küche war prima ausgestattet, das WLAN bestens, alles war super sauber und sehr gemütlich, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Den großen Balkon mit bestem Blick auf die Berge konnten wir bei jedem Wetter nutzen.Dass die Wohnung ganz in der Nähe der Bahnstation und einer Bushaltestelle liegt, war für uns ein großer Vorteil - wir konnten alle Ausflugsziele unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn erreichen (die Nutzung der Zillertal AktivCard ist hier von Vorteil!) und unser PKW hatte auch Urlaub ;) . Die Geräusche der vorbeifahrenden Zillertalbahn haben uns gar nicht gestört - wir fanden es eher gemütlich.Wir können diese FeWo wirklich sehr empfehlen!

Apartement is mooi, schoon en ruim voldoende voor 6 personen. Keuken is ook compleet incl oven en magnetron. Communicatie met de eigenaren verliep soepel en snel. Ligging dichtbij supermarkt en restaurants, 4-5 min lopen van het station en 15-20 min lopen vanaf de Rosenalmbahn.

Skiurlaub

Wir waren als Familie eine Woche im Skiurlaub und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großräumig und modern ausgestattet. Gerade die 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder sind mit Kindern sehr empfehlenswert. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick in die Bergwelt. Frau Gruber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns bei unseren Anliegen immer direkt unterstützt - vielen Dank dafür. Die nahe Lage zur Zillertalbahn lässt auch einen Skiausflug in die weiteren Skigebiete ohne großen Zeitaufwand zu. In der Zillertal Arena waren wir innerhalb weniger Minuten mit den gut organisierten Skibussen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine sehr gute Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten wirklich einen außergewöhnlich schönen Aufenthalt. und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöner Sommerurlaub in den Bergen

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön zentral gelegen und bietet genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Im Ort gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäckereien (nur 5 min. zu Fuß). Ein kleiner Freizeitpark mit Spielplatz, Minigolf usw., sowie ein Freibad ist auch vorhanden. Nur die Eisenbahnlinie direkt neben dem Haus trübt den Gesamteindruck ein kleines bisschen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und komplett ausgestattet. Frau Gruber hat uns die Wohnung TOP sauber übergeben. Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt mit Skifahren sehr genossen und hatten mit der Wohnung einen idealen Ort zum Ausruhen von den anstrengenden und schönen Skitagen. Der Skilift Zillertal Arena ist mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt. Hier auch ein großes Lob an die Skischule Pro Zell - sehr nett und kompetent! Unsere Jungs (9 und 11 Jahre) und auch unsere Kleine (3 Jahre) wurden super betreut und das Skifahren beigebracht! Die Wohnung ist mit den drei Schlafzimmern sehr gut für große Familien geeignet. Zwei Bäder, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein schöner Balkon mit Aussicht runden das Angebot ab. Einziger ganz kleiner Wermutstropfen: die Bahnstation der Zillertalbahn ist etwa 50m entfernt - die Züge sind auf dem Balkon zu hören. In der Wohnung sind die Fenster aber hervorragend isoliert, so dass man fast nix mitbekommt! Wir kommen wieder! Lieben Dank!
