our check in was less than ideal. another family took the wrong key and let themselves into our apartment. when we showed up they were confused. they unpacked. they used the bathrooms, the towels and laid in the beds. it took us 30 min to clear up their confusions. in this time we had to sit outside in freezing temps with children after traveling all day to reach the apartment --- not cool at all.

Pluspunten; De bedden zijn prima en de slaapkamers zijn van mooie grote. De kastruimte voor de kleding is ook mooi ruim. Minpunten; Het huisje lijkt wat verouderd, in de keuken en de badkamer werkt niet alles meer naar behoren. Het woongedeelte is te klein voor 5 personen. Gelukkig konden wij uitwijken naar het balkon. Er was ontzettend veel ongedierte, muggen, vliegen en wespen. Doordat het warm was moest er wel met het raam open geslapen worden, horren zouden hierbij een oplossing kunnen bieden. Als.er gevraagd wordt om afval te scheiden is het ook handig om daarvoor de mogelijkheid te geven, door meerdere afvalbakken neer te zetten. Wij maakten twee weken gebruik van het appartement, er werd tussendoor niks schoongemaakt, maar doordat er geen schoonmaakspullen aanwezig waren konden wij dir zelf.ook niet doen. Naar onze mening is de prijskwaliteisverhouding niet helemaal kloppend.

Das Apartment war schön. Im Haus war es sehr ruhig. Die Küche hatte alles, was es braucht für fünf Gäste. Wir sind gut zurecht gekommen und hatten neben Skifahren hier einen entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Das Landhaus Steiner ist ein im typischen tiroler Baustil errichtetes und kürzlich saniertes Feriendomizil. Die Wohnung ist für Familien sehr gut geeignet und auch für Selbstversorger gut ausgestattet. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Es ist eine idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des südlichen Zillertals. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber, die uns nicht nur sehr herzlich empfangen, sondern uns auch viele tolle Tipps für unsere Ausflüge und Touren gegeben haben. Dadurch fiel es uns leicht schöne Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken, die wir als Zillertal-Neulinge sonst sicherlich verpasst hätten. Es war ein rundum toller und sehr erholsamer Urlaub!
