"Beaches & Dreams" welcomes you to a sunny and sweet vacation at Alerio in Miramar Beach on the east side of Destin.
Alerio’s amenities include:

-Less than 100 feet to the beach access
- Wonderful hot tub (my favorite!)
- Lovely (seasonally) heated and rainbow lit pool
- Convenient entrance to the beach just across the street.
- Seasonal beach service of two chairs and an umbrella (March through October)
-Gated parking with security and designated parking spot (only one parking space per unit during high season. November through February is open parking)
-Keypad entry into property from sidewalks
- Walking distance to Chick-fil-a, The Surf Hut restaurant, Silver Sands Outlet Mall,
Alvin’s Island, and several other restaurants and shops
- A short drive into Destin, Sandestin and the beaches of 30A (Seaside, Watercolor, Alys, Rosemary, Santa Rosa)

We stayed at Alerio (Unit D203) in Miramar Beach, FL. This condo was very clean, well maintained and had all the amenities that we needed. We would definitley stay in this unit again, and will recommend it to friends and family. The owner kept us well informed following the reservation process and also during our stay.

The condo was very nice and extremely clean! The location to the beach was perfect and easily accessible. David, the owner, provided all necessary information and was responsive to any questions we had. My family and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Second time stay

This was our second year in a row at the condo. The place is lovely and well stocked. We did have a couple of things that went awry that were outside the control of the owner. In both instances, David was attentive, apologetic and solution oriented, which was much appreciated. We would stay there again.

Great place and vacation!

This trip was my first through VRBO and working with David made it such an easy and enjoyable process. He was super responsive and accommodating when I messaged him. The location was very nice. We especially enjoyed the living area, location to the beach and the community pool. David’s listing is 100% accurate. Thanks for a wonderful stay David! Hope to visit again!!

Perfect Getaway Stay

I’ve stayed in mini vacation homes in Miramar Beach, and then have really lived up to the expectation per listing, but this condo was exactly what I expected from the description. It was clean fully stocked and had the perfect easy access to the beach. Contact with host was easy! Very responsive and kind :) I will definitely book again next time, we are in Destin

Very convenient!

The location was everything! The only complaint we had was the people above us were extremely loud, but there’s nothing to be done about that other than unnecessary conflict so we persevered & had a wonderful time regardless. The property is as listed and conveniently located across the street from the beach! We had everything we required in the VRBO as well we plenty of extra beach toys/boogie boards! The beds were comfortable and everything was easy to use.

Nice place, but needs to spray for bugs!

This place was nice & closely located to the beach which is why we’ve chosen to stay at the Alerio condominiums so many times. We haven’t stayed in this building or unit before, but it needs to spray for bugs. We had German cockroaches in our until dead & living. I wasn’t pleased & was given no compensation except for a heartfelt apology, which I appreciated. However, I do not go on vacation to be living with cockroaches. I will not be staying in this building again.

Great Property

Property was just as mentioned online. It's close to beach access and to stores/resturants. Secure area with gated parking lot. We had a minor issue with AC unit but David was quick to act on it to provide resolution and have someone out there asap.10/10

June vaca to Miramar Beach

Very nice place to stay. We had stayed at the Alerio condos before and glad we came back. this condo was better stocked with kitchen items than the other we stayed out. everything worked, easy to find items, very clean. the location of the Alerio is terrific...busy road during the day, but quite a bit less in the morning. really enjoyed sitting on balcony and relaxing. thanks and hope to visit again!

This condo had it all! 👏We loved our stay because from the planning stages to the actual vacation- everything was well communicated and exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need for cooking, the location was perfect (steps away from the beach), beach chairs & umbrella waiting for you each morning, and a huge family room and kitchen! The master shower and bathroom were luxurious! Beds super comfy too! The owner David and property manager, Shannon were so helpful and prompt. David responds to questions within minutes and gave us lots of suggestions on things to do nearby. We plan to come back and ask for D203! We will never forget this vacation! Thank you and God bless!

Miramar Beach 2022

Overall the rental was nice. Would suggest adding items to the kitchen such as crockpots to allow for ready to eat meals after a long day at the beach. Also recommend finding away to have the fridge cool upon arrival. Also we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for 4-5 days that’s cutting it close. I would think simple amenities such as that is not too much to ask for the rate per night.

Family Vacation

Our family immensely enjoyed this property and its proximity to not only the beach but also the main Hwy that included most activities we took part in. The size of the main area and rooms were a nice surprise and came in handy with 3 kids needing to run around. The master bathroom was more than I expected and has me thinking about using this place with a couples vacation. Thank you for the recommended activities and full kitchen supplies that allowed us to grocery shop. A small recommendation may be to include a roomba for the guests to use as a quick way to clean floors.

Our three kids love being on the beach, swimming in the sea, paddle boarding, skim boarding, boogie boarding, snorkeling, catching ghost crabs in the evening... there's so much to do. Enjoy it with us!

Our family loves the beach and this condo. We are excited to share it with you, praying it will be a place of fun, relaxation, and renewal. We've stayed at many places along the Emerald Coast, but Alerio and our condo are in the perfect spot to enjoy the area. So close to the beach! So close to restaurants and shops! We hope this place will be your favorite retreat on the coast like it is for us.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

One great benefit is the gated entrance. This place feels secure, which is pretty high on our list of priorities. You can sit on the balcony and people watch, or go down and join the walkers/bikers/joggers going up and down the Scenic Gulf Drive. Oh, and did I say it's close to the beach? :)
