Beach Retreat 102 Beach Condos In Destin 3/2 Sleeps 9 updated

Hermoso condominio frente al golfo a lo largo de la popular área de la comunidad Scenic Gulf Drive. Despiértese en el agua verde azulada y vea a los delfines nadar regularmente. Disfruta de la hermosa arena blanca de la playa más hermosa del mundo.

El condominio fue completamente renovado en marzo de 2012 con todas las cocinas y baños nuevos, muebles nuevos y detalles de arriba a abajo. Muebles cómodos en el gran patio para alentar a su familia a sentarse y leer, hablar, tomar una bebida fría o caliente y escuchar y ver las olas. El patio de la planta baja le brinda fácil acceso a la playa, que no está a más de 50 yardas del patio.

La unidad incluye una sombrilla y 2 sillas en la playa por nuestro servicio de playa profesional por cada día que esté aquí desde mediados de marzo hasta finales de octubre.

El dormitorio principal da al golfo y tiene una cama king y un baño extremadamente grande con bañera de jardín y ducha separada. Hay un área de escritorio para aquellos que necesitan hacer un poco de trabajo o mantenerse al día con los correos electrónicos durante su tiempo libre.

La suite king invitado tiene acceso al baño de invitados. También tiene un área de escritorio.

La sala de literas separada tiene una litera completa en la parte inferior y una litera doble en la parte superior.

La sala de estar y las habitaciones tienen TV de pantalla plana y DVD.

Las comodidades de la propiedad también incluyen un área comunitaria de parrillas de carbón, un gimnasio y una hermosa piscina con spa, fuente y exuberantes jardines.

La ruta de 5 millas a pie / bicicleta también es una gran atracción a lo largo de Scenic Gulf Drive. Disfrute pasear a su mascota, andar en bicicleta, patinar mientras disfruta de las vistas del Golfo de México.

Hay 3 restaurantes a poca distancia a pie del Beach Retreat si no desea conducir. Uno de ellos es Pompano Joe's, que ofrece entretenimiento al final de la tarde / noche que es adecuado para toda la familia.

My family had a great stay! The location was fantastic, just a quick hop to the beach. Made swimming super easy. Also, this was a great unit for our doggo's. Would definitely recommend!

Great Spot

The condo had the perfect location. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores, not to mention being able to watch the waves roll in. It was clean and had everything we needed. We will certainly be staying here again.

Love The Beach!

We loved the stay. The home was wonderful and comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio and cocktails watching the sunsets. I would differently book again!

The property was well-maintained and well appointed. The coffee maker is a regular drip and a Keurig so there are multiple options.

Great location to the beach and all the best seafood restaurants!

The condo was AMAZING! It has everything needed to enjoy an easy going week. We were able to cook when/if wanted to and had a great view of the ocean to watch every morning and beautiful sunsets every night. The condo was elegantly decorated and very spacious.

Our favorite place to stay in Miramar Beach.

Our favorite place to stay. Big beautiful clean condos, beautiful big clean heated pool with clean pool bathrooms. Great beach view with 2 beach accesses. Beach chairs and umbrella service provided with condo in sping, summer and fall. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. We will be back

Destin 2022

This condo was so convenient being on the first floor, it was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Also, our dogs were allowed to come with us, which made it better! Hopefully we can stay again next year!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our time at this property. We received check-in information prior to our trip and everything went smoothly for us. The condo was spacious and clean (beautiful decor) and had everything we needed. We had our morning coffee on the patio everyday and enjoyed the view of the ocean and the calm breezes. We were blessed with a rainbow view one morning :) We will definitely want to visit this property again in the future!

Perfect for our family.

This was our granddaughters first beach trip (one turned 2 today and 1 turns 2 July 6th) and they had fun! Super close beach access. Nice pool for swimming. Condo was nice, we just had to put the breakables up lol. The only complaint we had is that we had to leave to go back to reality in Arkansas :)

Amazing place, best Air Conditioner we have had in Florida. Only minor inconvenience is the water heater isnt big enough to fill the large tub completely and also allow others to shower.

Our stay in destin

We normally stay at the other side of this building in another condo but it sold. We gave this one a Chance and we where so happy we choose this unit and company. It was 100% better than the other unit way more updated and not warn out furniture. We highly recommend and the price was really reasonable

Loved the condo! It was perfect for our family.

The condo was a great location to the beach, as well as a walking trail to take our dog out on walks. We enjoyed the unit and would stay there again. The only negative was that the floor was a bit dirty. There was no sand or grit, but it left our socks and feet dirty. Perhaps the cleaning crew needs to deep clean the floors.

Beautiful Condo on the inside!

Lovely newly remodeled condo! The kitchen was gorgeous as well as the furnishings! The pool area was nice as well! The only things that we didn't like was that the location of the condo. Its was right on the main row and there was a lot of traffic. There is a lovely walking path though and that helped especially for our little dog. THere was also amazing shopping as this condo is in the heart of Destin.

Loved Every Bit of This!

We had to cancel two other planned vacations, so at the last minute we decided to throw the kids and dog in the car and head to Florida. We were grateful enough to find a place, but THIS place was amazing! Great location, pretty views, perfect for the dog, tons of space, and a kitchen that was incredible! We’d never been to Destin, so we had no idea we’d booked a place that was convenient to restaurants and shopping. I have to add, the sunset and sunrise views from right across the beach are incredible! And the main bath made me feel like a princess! Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect!!

Our condo was such a hidden gem! It was just the perfect location, literally steps away from our private beach. It came with an umbrella and 2 chairs and we just brought a big beach blanket for the rest of us. The condo was beautifully decorated and so clean and had everything we needed. It was so nice to cook and barbecue for our family with the beautiful, up to date, kitchen and outdoor grill. The location was great for restaurants and shops and had a nice path for walking, running or biking. The view of the ocean was amazing from out first floor condo as well, we will definitely stay here again!!

I began purchasing property along the Scenic Gulf Drive area in 2001 and have loved the area. As time went on, the opportunity to move to Destin and manage my own properties became I have changed careers from Physical Therapy to Property Management and Real Estate Sales. I established Beach Condos in Destin and in 2009, my daughter Laura Johnson joined me in the business.

Beach Retreat is an uncrowded community with a deeded private beach. The floor plan is great and easily accommodates a family.

My guests love that they can bring their pets and have a luxurious place to stay. The beach is not overly crowded as with many high rise condo complexes and the community feel of the area is relaxing while being close to everything at the same time.
