When you're ready to take Florida coastal living to the next level, welcome home! Whether you're traveling for a vacation, family visit or remote working, I can't wait to help you get the most of your time in Cape Coral (I'm an experienced host and I've owned properties and vacationed here for years, so I love making recommendations for dining and activities!). My stunning high floor 3B/2B condo is in a private community with fantastic amenities and everything you need for a great trip. Come inside and see for yourself!

THE CONDO: The layout of our condo is perfect for groups because you have multiple areas ideal for spending time together, with separate space for unwinding, doing homework or catching up on emails. The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas are great for sharing meals, sunsets and games, and the living room has huge floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead to the southwest-facing screened lanai overlooking the beauty of the wetlands. The primary bedroom (with en suite bathroom) occupies the whole left side of the condo and includes a door to the huge screen porch, which is perfectly furnished for relaxation. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and family bathroom are laid out on the other side of the living spaces, providing plenty of privacy for friends or multi-generational families. Both bedrooms include doors to the other lanai, which is furnished for casual meals or working from the computer while enjoying the view and the breeze. The kitchen is stocked with recently upgraded appliances, dishes, and pots & pans for cooking, and we'll send you a big list of our favorite restaurants and activities after you book! You'll have a laundry room with washer and dryer, reserved garage parking, and access to the community's fantastic amenities including two pools, fitness center, tennis and other perks - read on to learn more!

My wife and I stayed for a week at this amazing property. We enjoyed the amazing views from the condo! We had day trips planned for every day, but spent several days just enjoying the pools and grounds of this amazing property. The property was clean and contained everything needed for an amazing stay. We also appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas for use on our day trips. This condo was perfect for our stay at Cape Harbour Marina! The view was absolutely beautiful! The condo had everything we needed (and more). Beautiful Vacation Spot

Very relaxing family vacation condo. I was impressed by the pics of the balcony view and it was my favorite place. The condo has plenty of space and great places to eat in walking distance. We were used the pool and tennis courts at the clubhouse and easy great day trip to the beautiful beaches nearby. Host was also very helpful and easy to communicate with.

This Condo has one of the most spectacular views from the screened patio I have ever seen just breathtaking. Love the location and proximity to many great restaurants. Condo is very well kept and decorated beautifully. We would highly recommend staying her and will stay here again ourselves.

Regina was a great host! Amazing place, the views were incredible and I will always remember them. Drove to many beaches. The “compound” had great restaurants and things to do. First time in Cape Coral and created many memories. Had beach chairs, towels, laundry, full kitchen, fishing poles, and a nice starter kit for the stay.. read books played games, watched some nice shows.

Before the storm

We got in the week before hurricane Milton. We were able to hit select beaches that were open after Helene. The condo was just as advertised and was in a prime location, close to everything.

Cape Harbour Gem

I totally agree with the previous reviews. This is a spacious, well-decorated condo with stunning water views, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. My wife and I stayed for a week in early April and enjoyed the adjacent/nearby restaurants and clubhouse pool. Cape Coral has the same weather as Fort Myers and Naples without nearly the amount of traffic. Regina’s instructions and communications were easy and timely too. All of that added up to great stay for us.

Nice property. Regina had most everything we needed for our stay. Concerning having elevators last inspected in 2021. 15 flights of stairs were not a good option. Discovered upon arrival the most proximal pool was under construction for the duration of our stay. Having little ones the walk to the secondary pool was not optimal. The views were great but the added stress no-so-much

Won't you stay, you'll love it!

This is a great property to stay in. The master bedroom on one side of the condo and the other two bedrooms on the other side of the condo, everyone had there own privacy. Great location. We travel to lovers key state park beach, Naples beach, and Sanibel island beach. Wonderful beaches. We also travel to the Salvador Dali Museum in Saint Pete and the Tampa Zoo. On Tuesdat and Friday we danced and lissen to the band that was playing down stairs in the court. The music was very good and we enjoyed every minute of it. Plenty of good restaurant in the area. Shopping was close, we cooked our own meals sometimes. The view on the 15th floor was unbelievable. Our time here was great, and you will love it to. Rolf

Amazing unit, stunning views & exceptional owner!

From the location, to the interaction with the owner, we have nothing but fabulous things to say about our stay. The condo is appointed with everything you need to make your stay easy: from beach chairs & coolers, to pool towels, to your choice of coffee makers, easily marked keys for the amenities, and so much more. We enjoyed our time on the lanai each evening, loved being able to walk to shops & restaurants, and that we were less than 30 minutes to beaches and attractions. (We went in off season so traffic was light.). Definitely will return!!

Perfect vacation accommodation

Regina's condo is fantastic!! It was probably the best equipped vacation accomm we've found on our travels, surpassing our expectations in every way. Especially the kitchen! The view from the 15th floor balcony is incredible. The building is very clean, quiet and well maintained. The Cape Coral location is great, we just wish the beach was closer. Regina was very helpful and thoughtful with many suggestions of local activities, restaurants, etc. We hope to return one day!

Our travel schedule keeps us too busy to enjoy our gorgeous Cape Coral condo most of the year, so we’re excited to welcome you for a relaxing, luxurious visit. That means we probably won’t meet, but we’re always reachable to help make sure you have a wonderful visit. We love the sunsets, the dolphins who swim by as we paddle around by kayak, biking to our favorite seafood restaurants, and the fun, relaxed South Florida vibes. We also love recommending great places to eat and fun things to do, so please feel free to send me a message if you’d like recommendations for activities or dining!

Why they chose this property

The entire condo, complete with luxury furnishings and astounding panoramic views, is yours to enjoy while you're here! There are tons of fun casual dining options in Cape Coral! Our condo community has several great restaurants and some cute shops. There is a Publix grocery store quite nearby, although not quite walkable. As well as the marinas, lagoons and canals of Cape Coral, there are some small public beaches nearby, and some absolutely spectacular larger beaches on Sanibel Island about 45 minutes away.

The entire condo is yours to enjoy while you’re here! You’ll have access to two beach umbrellas, and 6 beach chairs, and beach towels. Shared community amenities like the pool and fitness center have specific hours but no additional costs or restrictions on enjoying them during your visit! Children must be supervised at all times and may be prevented from using facilities if requested by community management. Kayaks and bikes are available for rent right nearby!
