Direct Beach front view, located on the south end of Fort Myers beach island. Located on the beach, the lanai is beautiful; condo has a heated pool. Pristine white sand beach, over the bridge from Lover's Key Park. Elevator. Two bedrooms, two baths with a pull-out sleeper sofa. Wi-Fi connection and Direct TV (in master bedroom and living room), CD/Radio in living room. Microwave oven, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric range and compact washer and dryer. Off the street parking. Beach chairs and children beach toys available for use. STR Reg# 19-0158

Sliding glass door curtains/ blinds in bedroom & living room facing water need to be closed at 9:00 pm at night when the lights are on in the condo.
Lanai light off from 9:00pm to dawn.
Due to Fort Meyers Beach sea turtle conservation ordinance fine is up to $250 - $500per day. Thank you to adhering to these restrictions.

The condo was very nice, it needs some updating but still a very nice place to stay. The beach is far away . With the sand the whole way there. It was not easy to get there.

Fantastische plek

De woning is verouderd en heeft een upgrade nodig, maar de plek is fantastisch en daarom toch een heerlijke week gehad. De eigenaar is erg behulpzaam.

Great Location

Enjoyed being right on the beach and relaxing on the lanai. Perfect location for shelling. One hour north to Sannibel and one hour south to Marco Island. Shelling was also pretty good at this Carlos Pointe Beach condo. We would stay here again.

2 week Family vacation

It’s a great family spot. Less busy than the north end. Only thing you’ll have to have is a beach cart cause it’s a big beach. But it’s great, you’re kids will be able to run for ever. And the price makes it’s unbeatable.

Spring Break R & R

Our whole family was in dire need of rest, relaxation and getting some sun! We had beach time, pool time and shell collecting to keep us occupied. A quiet setting on busy Fort Myers Beach.
