Hi, and thank you for checking out my listing! The apartment is modern but cozy, & a quiet oasis from the vibrant Lower East Side streets below. It was designed for comfort, style and entertaining.

The apartment has a large private terrace overlooking a park, which affords peace & quiet, great light and views of the Empire State, Freedom Tower and Chrysler building. * Note, road work is taking place at this time in front of the building M-F. It is not loud but it is an eyesore to the view from the terrace.

A separate glass-enclosed dining area with wood slab table seats 10, and an adjacent lounge offers a view of the park from inside. The sliding glass doors can open up to the deck, or remain closed as you dine in warmth and watch the weather around you. (Glass room has heat & A/C.)

The kitchen has Italian marble countertops and stainless steel appliances: gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all small kitchen appliances.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed and is completely privatized with a pocket-door.

The living room has exposed brick, and full sectional is very comfortable.

The full bath has 2 shower heads & floor to ceiling travertine. Very spa-like and transporting! Stereo is wired into bathroom.

The apartment has a stereo sound system throughout: living room, dining room, lounge and bathroom. 52' Flat screen Smart TV, DVD, cable, wireless high speed internet, Apple TV and printer. All rooms have dimmer switches and some on remote control. There is an elevator in the building and a fully operational door & intercom system. (Great food & wine delivery in abundance).

Mi casa es su casa! Enjoy all aspects of the apartment as we do. That said, in the winter months, the outdoor furniture, BBQ grill is stored away, and outdoor shower shut off. (These seasonal limitations are reflected in the current winter rate.)
