- 1 beautiful outdoor space: the west-facing terrace offers an ideal setting for admiring the sunsets over the mountains.
- 1 master bedroom: double bed (160x200), large built-in closet, warm and relaxing atmosphere.
- 1 sleeping alcove: converted into a small bedroom with two bunk beds (70x180) and storage space â perfect for children or guests.
- 1 spacious bathroom: modern and practical, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking.
PRIVATE PARKING AND AMENITIES:
- 1 closed garage; with car lift access (L 5.50m x W 2.50m x 2m)
- 1 ski locker for added comfort
INCLUDED SERVICES:
- Linen package (bed linen, 1 large and 1 small hand towel per person, bath mat, and kitchen towels)
- Beds made upon arrival
- End-of-stay cleaning
- In summer, the Multipass is included for 4 people

Are you a larger group? You can also rent the neighboring apartment "L'Alchimie C12," also managed by us, to accommodate up to 10 people in total. Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to stay close while maintaining their privacy.
Upon arrival, a deposit of âŹ1,500 will be required via bank imprint.
Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property. Skis and ski boots are prohibited inside.
