In the heart of the Châtel resort and the Portes du Soleil ski area, come and stay in this superb 3-room, 2-bedroom apartment which can accommodate 6 people. Located in a luxury residence completed in 2021, it will allow you to spend good times with family or friends in the mountains. Located in the center of the village, it allows access on foot to all amenities (shops, bars and restaurants). It is also 500 meters from the departure point of the Super-Châtel gondola, the ski slopes and the ski school. In terms of decoration, you will immediately be won over by its Nordic, cozy and relaxing style. The apartment consists of a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, cooking plates, freezer, dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, a bedroom with two single beds and a mezzanine bed with cupboard, a mountain corner with a mezzanine bed and a cupboard, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and a large south-west facing corner terrace with a clear view of the village and the mountains. Right next to the apartment you will find a private ski room with boot warmers. Parking will be easy thanks to its two private garages. Finally, for your convenience, end-of-stay cleaning and household linen (including sheets, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels) are included in the price of your stay. For your comfort, we can also offer you the following additional services to facilitate your stay: - Cancellation insurance at the price of 4.5% of the amount of the stay - Beds made on arrival: €10 for a single bed and €20 for a double bed - Reservation of packages skiing with a 10% reduction for a minimum of 3 consecutive days Upon arrival, a deposit of €1,200 will be required by credit card imprint.
