Visión fantástica: Villa con piscina privada cerca del mar

Villa de dos plantas situada en una colina con vistas a Comares. Ella es del aeropuerto de Málaga se encuentra a 1 hora en llegar desde la autopista, carretera, camino de entrada 500m principalmente de hormigón, también se puede acceder con vehículos pequeños.
Desde la gran terraza que está parcialmente cubierto,
se puede disfrutar de la hermosa vista y las montañas.
Varias terrazas con árboles que conducen a la piscina
8 x 3,50 m, lo que es muy privado. En la piscina hay una ducha al aire libre, un toldo proporciona sombra.
La casa tiene capacidad para 6 personas en una superficie habitable de 200 m². En la planta baja es un gran salón / comedor y cocina americana con 65 m². Por otra parte, un dormitorio para 2 personas con AC y una sala de ducha. Arriba hay dos dormitorios dobles con AC, cada uno con camas de 180 x 200 cm, una terraza y un baño completo con bañera y ducha. Las camas tienen colchones con buenos colchones. Todas las ventanas tienen los gases de moscas. Una cuna está disponible, trona, juguetes de peluche.

The house is in a beautiful spot in the Spanish countryside with incredible views out across the valleys on both sides. It has lovely gardens with a private pool, barbecue area and shaded outdoor terraces. Inside the house is comfortable and well appointed, with a well equipped kitchen.The last section of road up to the house is quite steep and narrow and not all paved, so you wouldn’t want to be in a car with very low clearances, but we had a pretty standard hatchback and it was ok.Communication with Dorothea was very good, with helpful directions to find the house and recommendations in the local area, including a very nice nearby restaurant.We had a very relaxed couple of weeks here with great weather, and enjoyed visiting the beautiful nearby village of Comares and the surrounding countryside, as well as longer trips to Malaga and the Caminito del Rey which are both slightly over an hours drive.

Spanish Trip

Really, really beautiful location. The views are outstanding and are the main event in this property. It was very hot for our stay so the family sized pool was essential and well used in our trip. The villa was very well equipped and the welcoming bottle of wine was much appreciated. There’s lots of space but small children would need to be supervised as there are some steep slopes. The steep approach path to the villa is not for the faint hearted and I’d recommend a suv or similar as it’s not surfaced all the way along but well worth the effort when you arrive to those views. We didn’t venture very far but Comares Accross the valley was lovely. All of the bedrooms have air con which is a blessing and the well equipped kitchen has everything that you need to cater for the family.

Great house

This is a great house, lots of space with three bedrooms. Large and well equipped kitchen, a large fridge and a great oven. There is a great terrace and a wonderful pool. The pool is about 4 by 8 meters. There is AC in the all the bedrooms but not in the living room and kitchen so those areas became very hot during our stay in late July. There drive up to the house is very steep and a pretty bad road so you need to a good car to get to the house. You need to pay extra for the AC. We paid 20 euros for a week and used the AC in all three bedrooms.

Great place with potential to be even more fantastic

We have several times rented different houses in this lovely part of Spain and we had a great time in this fantastic house! on the PLUS page: - beautiful nature and surroundings - beautiful, charming and well-equipped house (smoke alarm is missing!) - Beautiful garden and very undisturbed location On the MINUS side: - The secluded and elevated location of the house is very nice but the last bit of the road is extremely steep without fence, narrow and bumpy/rocky. Maybe not reachable at all for unexperienced drivers. It should be informed about this when booking! - The house was tidy but there was a lot of dust and dirt on the floor. We didn't want to go barefoot. As there were also leftovers in the kitchen and living room, we had a lot of ants that destroyed bread and other food on the first day. The owner was helpful and asked a caretaker to arrange it. Some ant poison was put out but he offered NO cleaning. We had to do that ourselves… - There were insects, dirt and leaves on the bottom of the pool when we arrived. The caretaker said the pool was cleaned several times per week. It was not correct, we had to clean with a rake daily and the landlord seemed to think that the caretaker cleaned it regular. Despite a few minus, we want to recommend the house to others if you are aware of above. Overall we had a lovely week!

Impresionante entorno para una villa preciosa

Pasamos 15 días magníficos. El entorno es maravilloso, aislados del ruido. La casa es muy amplia con una piscina con impresionantes vistas. El acceso a la casa no es apto para conductores novatos ni para coches bajos, pues se encuentra en la ladera de una montaña y el camino en su parte final está sin asfaltar. Para nosotros, con un todo terreno no fue ningún problema. La casa está muy bien equipada y atendida por una pareja de alemanes ( distintos de la propietaria) que atendieron los pequeños problemas que surgieron. Repetiríamos sin duda. La playa más cercana a 40 minutos en coche

Wenn man einen ruhigen Ort sucht, wo man sich gut erholen und abschalten kann, mit einem wunderschönen Pool, von dem aus man eine tolle Aussicht hat und der ab ca 10.15 Uhr bis ca 20.00 Uhr von der Sonne beschienen wird (Ende August/Anfang September), mit einer großen Terrasse, auf der man jederzeit im Schatten oder in der Sonne sitzen kann: hier ist er! Wir haben hier sehr schöne drei Wochen genossen. Sehr nette und bemühte Vermieter, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung vor Ort (deutsch-, englisch- und spanisch-sprachig). Klar, die letzten Meter vor dem Haus sind zum Teil steil und holprig, aber man möchte ja auch nicht an einer vierspurigen Schnellstraße wohnen...

Fabulous peaceful villa

We had a fantastic holiday here, we know the area very well, as we have stayed near velez malaga many times, this villa was in a great setting, fairly easy to access with not a too long track to navigate, and the track is of fair condition, the villa has everything you need, home from home and well maintained, if you want peace and quite, with easy access to local shops and beach this is a great place to stay, roughly 30 minutes to velez malaga, and 40 minutes to torre del mar, both we visited frequently, the drive down is easy and enjoyable, equally if you want to get away from it all you have everything you need here the pool is very well maintained with beautiful clear water, also lots of areas inside and out to chill in the shade or sunbath, beautiful views that I couldn't stop looking at, we would defently visit again one day, Roger the pool man was a nice guy to chat with too.. thanks for some great memory's, kids loved it too, also the Internet was pretty good,👍 from from the kids

Wirklich traumhaft

Wir waren rundum mit dem Ferienhaus zufrieden: Haus: Das Haus ist geräumig und gepflegt, entspricht komplett den Fotos. Die Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage. In der Küche und in den Räumen ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, im Keller gibt es Ausrüstung für den Strand. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Eine Terrasse um das halbe Haus mit Sonne von Früh bis spät, dazu einen fantastischen Blick in die Weite. Der Pool ist super, die Kinder haben Riesenspaß gehabt. Lage: Das Haus liegt einsam an einer langen Stichstraße. Der Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge ist absolut fantastisch. Die letzten 600m Anfahrt zum Haus sind ein Abenteuer, aber auch mit einem gewöhnlichen Mietwagen zu bewerkstelligen. Man ist vollkommen ungestört. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 15 min Fahrzeit entfernt, bis zum Meer in Velez Malaga sollte man eine Stunde veranschlagen. Betreuung: Buchung etc. war sehr unkompliziert und reibungslos. Der Betreuer vor Ort war super hilfsbereit und nett, aber nie aufdringlich. Eine Klima-Einheit war defekt, da wurde uns unkompliziert und schnell geholfen. Was soll man noch sagen? Wir waren sehr zufrieden, an vielen Tagen haben wir das Haus gar nicht verlassen. Wenn man nicht den Trubel in Strandnähe braucht, sondern die Ruhe sucht, ist man hier genau richtig.

Wundervoll

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Hat wirklich alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünscht. Schönen Terrassen, großzügiger Wohnbereich, sehr schöne Schlafzimmer, tolle Bäder und einen wunderbaren Pool. An die Auffahrt gewöhnt man sich schnell. Ein Paradies wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Ausflüge und schön essen gehen in der Nähe ohne weiteres möglich. Kommunikation mit Eigentümern super. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall nochmal hin.

Ferien im Paradies

Das Haus thront auf dem Berg mit atemberaubender Aussicht in alle Richtungen. Wer Stille mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Es hat einfach alles gepasst und wir haben uns wunderbar erholt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappt reibungslos.

Relaxing holiday

A week just flew by in this fantastic villa. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and family bbqs. Visited the Alhambra and some local villages. A very spacious property with a good sized pool. Amazing views from the villa. Good communication from Dorothea.

Natur pur, in absolut traumhafter Gegend

Wenn man den etwas gewöhnungsbedürftigen Anfahrtsweg auf das wunderschön gelegene Haus bewältigt hat bietet dies alles was das Herz begehrt. Absolute Ruhe, wunderschöne Ausblicke von der Trasse und Pool. Austattung, alles was man benötigt, es fehlte an nichts. Herrliche, erholsame 21 Tage Urlaub.

Incredible finca

We had the most wonderful 10 days here. The villa is large and airy, and easy to settle into. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was easy to cook in (not always straightforward when away from home). There’s a good butcher in the little supermarket in Benamagosa, so we made good use of the bbq. The pool area was fantastic, and the views simply stunning. Very peaceful to sit and read and relax generally. One of my favourite things was opening the window on the landing in the mornings to be met with the most beautiful view of the hills. We’d highly recommend the finca.

Heerlijke rustige plek met een prachtig uitzicht!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in jullie prachtige woning. Wat een mooi plekje en wat een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras en vanuit het fijne zwembad. De weg er naar toe is wel enigszins een uitdaging met een gewone auto. Verder niets dan lof over dit verblijf!! Zeker een aanrader.

Ein schönes und gepflegtes Anwesen mit herrlichem Pool und Rundum-Terrasse, perfekt für den Entspannungsurlaub. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, alle Wohnräume sind großzügig geschnitten. Kontakt vor Ort ist supernett, hilfsbereit und hat bei Bedarf gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Anfahrt zum Haus hat teils Rallye-Feeling.
