Had an amazing time great location

It was very convenient to all events, restaurants and shopping very easy to access. Wish you had an air fryer in a crockpot though, but we may do.

Wonderful little place

Needed a couple more days at the beach and this was a perfect end to our trip! Felt very cozy and a home away from home. The owner was easy to speak with and checking in and out was a breeze. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Nice weekend stay

We were in town for a family wedding and the location could not have been better. It was nice to have a kitchen and more than one bedroom so my husband, our teenage son and I could have some privacy. The bathrooms are lovely and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Dolphin Run

The property was very nice and in a great location. The reason for the one star rating is that we had no idea that sheets and towels were not included.

Great Location

We loved this property, very clean, well stocked, very conveinient location to the beach. Parking was a little tight since we were in a mini van, but very do able if you go slow. Property was quiet, and great communication with Charlie. We would definetly stay here again.

Perfect location

This condo is just a block off the beach, it’s got a good parking spot for one car/truck. There are plenty of good restaurants close by as well. Charlese was quick to respond to my questions along with being a welcoming host.

Nautical Retreat

My husband and I stayed at this property after we had a house fire. We were not allowed to go back into our home until the repairs are complete. We were in need of someplace to settle down and get our thoughts together. This property was very clean and user friendly. The home is also beautifully decorated. We felt very at home. You will enjoy your stay.

Great place

We rented this unit as our daughter was getting married in VA Beach. The location was perfect, close to the beach. The kitchen could have been stocked a little better. Overall, it was a great week. Thank you!

Fun family Trip

My family of four stayed 4 nights at this property. Short walk to beach, restaurants, and inlet. Cute decor and overall clean. Wished for a coffee pot and cooking pans in better condition. Communication with owner was great

We were in Va Beach for the Shamrock Marathon and the unit was perfect for our need. Comfortable, plenty of space and within walking distance of the weekend activities. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries...much appreciated!

Loved the condo

Two couples came down for She Crab Soup Fest. Was great set up for two couples. Across the street from beach, Waterman great restaurant right there as well as restaurants at Marina. Only 1 parking space is tough when both of you drove a car. Other than that we were happy with the accommodation. Lots of stairs if you have someone in your party that may have a problem with that.

Great location!! Unit is close to beach and restaurants. Parking is an issue if you more than 1 car. The city owned lot is not flexible with an overnight permit and will tow. Closest overnight garage is several blocks away. Kitchen could be better stocked. Frying pans need to be replaced and a coffee pot vs a 1 cup Keurig would be welcome. Charlese was a very responsive host.

Fun Weekend Getaway Spot

Very cute property and well maintained. Great spot for friends looking for close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Different crowds seemed to emerge at night, and the quiet street by day did become quite loud in the evening (there also seems to be a bar/club not too far from the condo and the music can be heard from there). You do overlook the parking lot for Waterman's, however, we enjoyed watching the valet drivers park the cars and it was a great way to determine how busy the restaurant was getting (food and service there was awesome and pricing was very reasonable). All in all, this was a really fun getaway with my bestie and we really enjoyed the condo and our time!

Wonderful Stay

Outside is very misleading. This is a great location and host. Surfing area next to jetty is right across the boardwalk. Weather didnt cooperate but had a blast anyway. Great restaurant across the street. Trolley stop right in front to access entire strip. Larger vehicle parking in city lot next door. Wished there was a TV in one of the bedrooms for bad weather days, but overall a fantastic place to stay.

South end means more noise

Other than the VERY loud mufflers and motorcycles over the weekend, it was quiet. But we were there off-season so it was quiet during the week. Carpet could have been cleaner and we could have used more towels but we were very comfortable and enjoyed ourselves.

Location

The location was amazing close to everything. The only issue I had was parking. There is only 1 parking space. We had two vehicles so that made it an issue to find a place close to park the second car, but the condo is clean and very cute . We would come again , but with just one car next time.

Noisy and Cleanliness needs improvement

We had to check out early after only one night stay instead of staying 4 like planned. It was so noisy in the area with the street noise, construction right outside, also fighter jets flying over very often, with very thin walls we got no sleep. The kitchen had no clean pans to use they were disgustingly dirty, so bad we couldn’t even use any of them!! Also, not that it matter to us but the skylight looks to be leaking in master bedroom. Would definitely not recommend this place. Maybe better warning about the location being near fighter plan training route!! However, we release there is little that can be done, just not a good location. Better window treatments might help a little bit… but definitely needs better cleaning of the kitchen!

Great location close to the beach

It was a pretty nice condo, right across the street from the beach. Nice that they had some beach chairs available for us to use. The balcony was also nice to have, but the furniture was falling apart a bit. There is a parking space right under the condo which you can use which is convenient.

Very clean, modern, fresh, new and updated living space... felt a lot like home, private parking and not far from the beach at all (within view) towels/toiletries and everything else you need was plentiful. Great internet speeds and very satisfying over all stay. Will be booking with Charlie again in the future for sure! Perfect my my wife and I and our 2 small children to enjoy a perfect vacation at the beach
