The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Lancieux, just 200 metres from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a floor area of 50 m² and accommodation for up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely living room with a small terrace overlooking the sea, as well as a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A combined living and dining area with a sofa
- A kitchen opening onto the living area, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds (90x190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to provide the following additional facilities: a cot, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A small balcony terrace with furniture, a table and chairs to enjoy the sea view

The house is ideally situated in Lancieux, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as a butcher’s, a bakery, a patisserie, a fishmonger’s, a cheese shop, a tobacconist’s, restaurants, bars, a chemist’s, a GP’s surgery, a takeaway pizza shop, a market and a golf course… The beach is just 200 metres away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park.
