Disappointing stay

The house was quit nice and the location is okay but it is close to a busy road. The house floor was a little bit dusty when we moved in. The host only provided limited household items, like 2 dish washer tablets for 6 nights stay. When I requested more, we were told to go and buy our own. This was a common theme, with us having to buy our own detergent, toilet paper and rubbish bags as the host had not provided enough for our stay. We travelled with our 2 year daughter and while a travel cot was provided, the mattress was missing which led to her struggling to sleep well during our stay. We cleaned the house thoroughly before leaving even though the cost of the house includes a 80 euro professional cleaning fee. After returning home we have received an angry email from the host with pictures of droplets of water in the sink and single strands of hair that they found as evidence that we were poor guests. We felt this was very rude and unnecessary and because of this we would not recommend this property and will not be coming back ourselves.

Madame La maison était très propre à votre arrivée Nous fournissons les produits indispensables à votre arrivée, produit vaisselle, détergent et pour faciliter l arrivée de nos vacanciers nous fournissons également 2 pastilles lave vaisselle,2 doses de lessive et 2 rouleaux de papier toilette Quelques dosettes de café,de thé,de sucre Nous mettons aussi à disposition sel poivre epices Le reste est à la charge du vacancier cela paraît évident Le lit bb est neuf et c est un lit parapluie pour petit,le matelas est fourni avec C est un lit de voyage Vous avez demandé un état des lieux la veille de votre départ et un départ autonome Nous vous avons fait confiance or à votre départ, vous n'avez pas nettoyé votre table après le repas,ni l îlot central, vous n avez pas rincé l évier,ni le lavabo Nous ne demandons pas un ménage complet à nos vacanciers bien sûr mais il y a un minimum de respect et c est stipulé dans le contrat signé par vous même Concernant l emplacement de la maison, nous sommes en retrait de la route.... qui est une petite route de campagne et non une route passagère Nous avons été très déçus car la maison vient juste d être rénovée, heureusement nos deux précédents vacanciers ont été très satisfaits et très respectueux Effectivement Madame je vous ai fait part de cette déception et mon message était factuel et non agressif et accompagné de photos D ailleurs je ne vous ai rien dit pour le verre cassé ...qu il a fallu remplacer Slts

Maison très charmante, très agréable. notre famille a passer une semaine de vacances reposante. La maison est idéalement situé au calme et proche de lieux magnifique. Idéal pour une famille avec des petits et grands.
