100-square-meter house 15 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel

House (under construction, some rooms are not finished as you can see on some photos) of 100m2 located 15 kilometers from Mont Saint Michel, 35 kilometers from the first beaches, 45 minutes from Saint Malo and 3 kilometers from the A84... Ideally located for beautiful discoveries between Brittany and Normandy!
You will have access to the entire accommodation, only the courtyard will be shared between you and any tenants of the studio which is above the house.
Family house consisting of three bedrooms including a bedroom with a low queen size bed (with mattress "Emma") with a courtyard of 700m2. The courtyard is closed with a white gate.

ATTENTION: sheets, DUVETS, PILLOWS, bath towels are not included in the package: we can make them available for 11€ per person per stay (option to be indicated when booking).

Above this house is a studio apartment which is also for seasonal rental, so you may have "neighbors" during your stay.
Baby equipment such as the bathtub, the cot, the high chair, the potty, the toilet reducer can be made available to you if necessary, by asking us when you book (they are not put directly in the accommodation to save space).

We provide you with utensils, condiments etc. We will only ask you to replace what you may finish...
As you can see from some photos, our accommodations are not totally finished and some rooms are still being finished.

Traveler access
This is our main residence. You will have access to all the rooms as we will not be there during your stay to allow you to have the entire accommodation. However, our personal belongings will remain during the stay.

Other remarks
Arrivals are from 6 pm to 9 pm and departures are before 11 am. We will ask you to respect these times for the respect of other travellers.
