GITE DU ROC N°1 25KM FROM MONT SAINT MICHEL

House located 2km from the A84, between Brittany and Normandy.
You are 25km from Mont Saint Michel and can also enjoy the beaches (Saint Malo, Granville...).
A private terrace and free private parking are at your disposal.
On the first floor is the living room (living room, kitchen) and the toilet.
On the 1st floor, the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom (bed linen and towels provided).

PGJyPgPets do not stay alone in the cottage and do not sleep in the bed or sofa, plan for their bed.

The usual check-in time at the gîte is 6:30 pm.
If you wish to arrive earlier, early check-in can be offered on request, subject to availability and the possibility of completing the cleaning and preparation of the accommodation.
Rates are as follows:
- Arrival between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm: €20
- Check-in between 14:00 and 16:30: €35
- Check-in between 12:00 and 14:00: €50
Early check-in must be requested and confirmed in advance by the host. Without prior agreement, the check-in time remains at 6:30 p.m.
The supplement is due only when early check-in has been accepted.

Late check-outs are only possible on request and subject to availability. A supplement is applied: €20 until 12 noon, €30 until 2 p.m., €40 until 4 p.m., then the rate for one night beyond or if late check-out prevents a new booking.
