This beautiful 184 m² house offers spacious living spaces and several terraces to fully enjoy your stay.
On the ground floor, you'll find a large, light-filled living room with an open kitchen and direct access to a large terrace. A master suite (1 bed 160x200 cm), opening onto a terrace, with a dressing room and bathroom (shower and bathtub), a separate toilet, and a laundry room complete this level. Upstairs, a landing leads to a second terrace as well as three bedrooms. Two of them have two single beds (90x190 cm) and a shower room each, while the third has a double bed (160x200 cm) with its own shower room. A separate toilet is also located on this floor. On the second floor, a TV room and an open alcove with a shower room and private terrace await you.
All this on a 764 m² plot of land, perfect for relaxing. - Maximum capacity: 8 people
- Contribution to utility charges based on water and electricity meter readings from October 1 to April 1
- Cleaning fee: €200 (reservation required)
- Tourist tax extra
- Pets NOT ALLOWED
