Wake up to gulf views from your private balcony at one of Destin`s most sought-after resorts on the Emerald Coast! King master suite for the adults, bunk room for the kids, 2 full baths, full kitchen & washer/dryer. Resort fees & wristbands included — full access, zero surprises. Destin`s largest lagoon pool, heated pool, hot tub, splash pad & complimentary beach shuttle. Onsite dining, bar, tennis, pickleball, basketball & fitness center.
The space
The Palms at Destin Resort offers numerous amenities for you to enjoy including swimming pools, hot tub and gym. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the 7th floor featuring a colorful interior with open living dining and full kitchen. A large balcony overlooking the Gulf is perfect for a morning coffee and relaxing evenings. The living area is equipped with a large screen TV.

The King master suite has a full bath and TV. On the other side of the condo is a guest bedroom with separate bathroom and a laundry closet with washer dryer in the unit. The guest bedroom has bunk beds with twin on top and full on the bottom. The top bunk is better sized for children, not adults.

We include parking passes for 2 vehicles and complete access to all the resort`s amenities.

Palms of Destin is located across the street from the beach and is about a 10 minute walk to the sand. You can easily walk to several restaurants in the area, both on and off the beach. Shopping for groceries, clothing or supplies is also easy, as many stores are within a mile or two.

- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc)

Great condo.

We loved this condo. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Master bedroom had a comfy huge bed. Great location.

Ehhh just ok

Condo was average. Beds very well uncomfortable. Front desk didn’t have our reservations. Had to check in twice. Waste of time. Check out was a pain in the ass. Rude cleaning crew and rude host made me feel like I did something wrong. Tub did not drain. No trash bags or other cleaning supplies so checking out was stressful as hell. Got phone call from “property manager” rushing me out the door and saying I was causing her a huge problem. Completely disrespectful and un professional.

Hi Richard, there were many issues on our end. However, I mostly wanted to note publicly, that you checked out 4 hours late and had people still in bed 3 hours after checkin. In this case, it was very unacceptable to stay so long beyond checkout time and have no sense of urgency. By the time the crew got in, our next guest was arriving in an hour. This is not acceptible by the standards of any VRBO host or Hotel. Additionally, the room reeked of cigarettes and when I asked you, you said you only smoked on the balcony, which was also no smoking. The whole situation was a disaster on our end, but fortunately we don't encounter this type of entitlement and disrespect by guests regularly.
