Thankful but disappointed
I would not stay at this property again, especially if I didn't book direct with resort. It is resort policy to place any non-member, non direct booking on the outside of building facing resort next door under construction and the loud highway (which is what we got). I was told there was no other availably, not even if I paid more. The only way we got our room moved to a better location was to agree to a 75min (3hr) breakfast (presentation) which we had previously declined.
Our host refunded 1 night for the inconvenience.
Property is beautiful but LOUD (tons of kids).
Not a couples retreat.
Food was OK. Drinks were expensive.
Every chair/lounge at pool(s) was taken (with the placement of a book or beach bag) by 8am.
If your host can't confirm the exact unit you will be staying in, don't be surprised when you get less than what you would have hoped for, or expected.
Rooftop adult pool was the only place we found to be to our liking, but can be pricy, without inclusive package @ $155 a day per person. We don't drink enough or liked the food on property to find it worth while.
But keep in mind, 2 Pina Coladas with a float was $50.
Rooms are very nice, but Loud. Ocean was beautiful.
Wanted to love this place, but didn't.
