**Private Pool with Private Driveway and Entrance, Your Own Oasis in the VI**
Sweeping views from sunrise to sunset, Sunrise Palms is the perfect getaway to unwind in your own slice of paradise. Enjoy easterly breezes and stunning down island views from your private patio or inside the beautifully decorated family room, while still staying at this centrally located Northside condo.
The living room offers plenty of seating and a full size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Ocean views and a walk out onto the patio, warm and cheery day and night. The kitchen is fully equipped with absolutely everything you need to enjoy all your favorite meals, with a full dining room that seats six guests.
The primary bedroom offers a Queen and a futon, comfortably sleeping four guests. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The guest bedroom also has a Queen bed and plenty of space for two guests. A second full bathroom is located just outside the guest room and down the hall. Both rooms are connected by a door, giving you the privacy you require while also allowing parents to keep the door cracked to keep an ear on their children.
Not to mention, the tropical outdoor area with plenty of seating will be where you will spend the majority of your time. View the sunrise over Tortola and the setting sun over Jost Van Dyke. Grill your fresh catch on your private BBQ grill or cool off in the private pool. Sunrise Palms will provide you with an experience to make life long memories.
Children are invited, with a pack and play and a highchair in the unit, as well as plenty of fun board games.
You are just 10 minutes from Charlotte Amalie and 5 minutes or less from world famous Magens Bay, and you are located in a quiet neighborhood community with private parking.
