Terrible Experience

Awful experience. The hosts would not communicate entry directions for the unit. Vrbo only offered to get a hotel for the first night and to try to find a until for the remaining nights. I would not recommend Vrbo to anyone.

DO NOT BOOK HERE

This listing is a scam. We made the reservation and upon arrival, it is an extended stay hotel and they neither have our reservation nor do they allow anyone to rent out rooms through VRBO or l other comparable providers. At this point, I try contacting the property manager through VRBO. The number is a non-working number, but he did respond via messenger. He asked when we were looking to move in. Mind you, we were only booking for 4 nights. He then asks us to meet at another property of his close by. Absolutely not!!! I have called and reported this issue with VRBO. I’m honestly flabbergasted that it is still available to book on their platform as I am apparently not the only person this has happened to. The VRBO representative assured me this listing would be taken down, but it’s still here. I will no longer be using this platform to book any vacations. They obviously do not vet their hosts or take incidents seriously to protect the guests renting through their platform.
