Open floor plan with beautiful lake view. 10 ft deep at end of dock as of 9/1. We are able to continue to adjust as lake levels decrease. 3Br/2Ba plus kids room with full bed. Sleeps 8. Large master bedroom with King bed. Located in one of Hartwell's finest neighborhoods. Perfect for walking or biking. Easy access to lake. Covered Dock with kayaks provided. Covered back porch overlooking lake and firepit area. Large backyard with plenty of room for kids to play! Cornhole and board games available. 5 minute drive to downtown restaurants, bars and shopping. Hartwell Marina and Boathouse grill is in sight of the dock. Perfect for family getaways!! No pet policy. Host lives in neighborhood so will always be available if needed.
