Beautiful 4 Bedroom (1 with Balcony and Seaview) Apartment with 2 Bathrooms, Saloon/Kitchen (with seaview). Garden with Seaview-Terrace, private parking (on the property). Short walk to the beach (5 Minutes). Kitchen fitted with all Accessories and appliance (Dishwasher,Washingmachine ect.).
Quite located but still very good connected to Cagliari Aiport,Cagliari, Poetto, Villasimius, Costa Rei. Close access to Road SP17 which leads to Villasimus with a breathtaking view drive along the coast
