Ideally located a stone's throw from the city center and tram lines 1 and 4, less than 25 minutes by car from the beaches, this apartment on the 6th floor of a luxury residence with elevator includes free and secure parking.
This unique accommodation is composed of:
➜ 1 bright living room, it has a large equipped kitchen open to the living room and TV corners.
➜ 1 equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, hobs..)
➜ 1 "Tassimo" coffee machine with T-discs (Tassimo-specific pods).
➜ 1 bedroom with a double bed, overlooking the terrace.
➜ 1 bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail, separated from the toilet.
➜ 1 quiet terrace, pleasant for a little outdoor lunch with an unobstructed view.
