Great location for convention we were in town for! We were able to park in the garage and walk to FiServ Forum, Baird Center and Miller Theatre. Sooooo many great places to eat close by! Great place to stay! Roof top area was nice place to sit either outside or inside to meet up with other friends who also rented space in the building!

Overall a nice unit, well appointed and bed was comfortable. Listed as sleeps 3 but the 3rd is a couch with light-filtering shade; bedroom provides limited privacy. Check in was confusing but worked.

This a clean modern apartment with a convenient location, washer dryer, gym, and other amenities. Only a few minor notes...you hear street noise, so if there is an event at Fiserve arena, you are going to hear the traffic. Second, the bed is comfy but very low to the ground. third,the gym is in a bit of disrepair...the stationary bikes need fixing.

Very good experience: the host was communicative and detailed, especially about the parking and the entry/fob. Much appreciated!Apt is clean, well-appointed, and has a nice full kitchen which we used. I loved the little wooden desk. Roku TV worked great. Bed is firm and low to the ground, which was perfect. And tons of closet space. The laundry in-suite is a sensational detail, too.Parking was easy and convenient. Again, great directions from the host! We used the gym in the building. It's quite basic, but all you need, really. The location is terrific in that you're right downtown. However, the only downside is how incredibly noisy it was outside. Fiserv Arena events bring traffic and street noise; the building is right off a freeway exit, which adds noisy traffic, and almost every night there were motorcyclists and hotrods gunning down 6th Street. During the day, construction noise for the new museum.So a terrific stay in all respects except the outdoor noise.

Parking was convenient and easy. The only small thing I would suggest is finding a way to make getting and returning the parking pass a little easier than taking it all the way back to the unit.

This was perfect for our trip to Milwaukee for a Bucks game. It was clean, modern, easy to find, communication with the host was great and I will definitely stay here again if I go back.

Perfect location for Fiserv events

Perfect weekend stay. The location could not have been more perfect for the Fiserv events we were attending. Oscillating fans were provided to block out traffic noise. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed.

Perfect location for the FiServ arena and the event I was attending. The access, cost and property was to my liking. A bit noisy since it was near a hospital and emergency vehicles were heard occasionally.

So convenient for when going to Fiserv

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament and being connected to the stadium meant we didn’t need a car. We made use of the kitchen, fitness room, & pool tables on mezzanine. Explored the city on foot and scooter, but needed to be aware of area crime trends and took care to not be out too late after dark.

Welcome solitude - needed a short break

Great property. Communication with the VRBO property manager was excellent. This was my third stay. It is always very clean, and the building itself is quiet. I always bring a project I just cannot focus on at home, and get it done while binge watching old mystery shows. There is traffic noise sometimes, but I don't mind. For me, it is grounding and restorative. I'll definitely be back!

Perfect location!

We loved staying here because we attended the Bucks game & the building is attached to the Fiserv Forum. This made it so much easier than trying to uber or pay for parking. The host was very kind & sent detailed instructions which made getting in the building very easy. It is a little noisy because it’s by a hospital & road but the host provided ear plugs & we turned on the fan which easily drowned out everything! I would recommend to anyone especially if they want a central location and be near the Fiserv Forum! Thank you!!
