Beach Ave Escape is a beautiful and cozy beach cottage duplex just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. At only 80 yards from the beach, you’ll have sand under your feet in less than a minute! This updated beach duplex has a great layout for families and smaller groups looking for a beach getaway. It features one bedroom with a king sized bed, master bath with shower, fold out couch in the living room, a full kitchen, a half bath by the kitchen, and private laundry facilities. Redington Shores is among the best of Gulf Beach Towns. This property is nestled in a quiet beach neighborhood, located on the beach-side of Gulf Blvd. Great restaurants in the area and close to the larger attractions in Tampa and St Pete.

Great host and great location

Such an adorable place so close to the beach. Redington shores is a cute little spot. Not very touristy like Clearwater or Treasure Island. I am definitely planning more trips back to stay here!

Beach Ave Vacation

Great location, great owner! We stayed 9 nights and had a great time, it’s about a 100 yards from the beach, walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We’ve stayed in the area four times now and know where to go for breakfast and dinner.

Beautiful time to visit Redington

We enjoyed a lovely week at Redington Beach. The space met our needs and was located on the edge of a quaint & quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach. Great restaurants were a short walk away.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks and loved it. The home was clean and met our needs. The best part is the very very short walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Access to the beach an 2 minute walk. And we walked just across the street to fish on the inlet. An excellent stay😀

Very nice cottage!

My family of four stayed for 4 days and we loved how close the cottage was to the beach! Very homey feel and cozy. Perfect for our small family. Owner was very timely with responses. We will be back!

Ideal location for exploring beach/St. Pete's/Tampa/Clearwater

The duplex bungalow is as described; small but has everything and parking. Very easy walk to the beach and within easy driving to all the things--including swimming with the Manatees about 2 hours north, the Dali Museum and fabulous downtown St. Pete's, Clearwater Aquarium and of course, Tampa.

Week at Reddington Shores

My and my family stayed for a week and it was great! Location, location, location. Beautiful beach just steps away! Not too busy either, we had plenty of space to play and enjoy the beach. House was well kept and as advertised. I just want to live there now. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent experience

This was in a perfect location!! You will not be disappointed. The bus is right at the corner and you can take it anywhere for $5 a day. We got to meet the property owner he was so kind. I will definitely stay again next year.

This was a nice place to stay. Easy access to beach & just cozy. We met the owner, Byron. He was very nice & attentive. There are a couple beach chairs, water boards & floaties available in the back. We donated an umbrella to the stash🏖️ The kitchen has everything you’d need as well for supplies.

Peaceful Escape

I love that we could come and go to the beach easily. We walked on the beach in the morning, we played in the water as the sun set. There were so many sea shells on the shore. It was not busy at all, I was so pleasantly surprised. It was windy out, but I still enjoyed it. The owner and several neighbors were so friendly. We were able to make meals at home and really kick back and relax.

Great Stay!

We stayed at this property for about 5 days and it couldn't have been more perfect. Everything we needed was available and provided! It's a small duplex down the street from the gulf (about a 60 second walk) and the owners did a great job at optimizing the storage areas so everything has a place. I never felt cluttered or uncomfortable and I brought two dogs and 3 kids! There is also a courtyard sperating the two properties and it has a washer and dryer! (How lucky I know) The location is great. You are between Clearwater and St Pete Beach. You can easily walk to breakfast at Kenny's Korner or rent yourself a slingshot and cruise gulf blvd. I would stay again any day.

It was a good deal!

This is not a bad review. The adults felt like they couldn’t sit at the kitchen table but the kids could. The washer and dryer was outside which we thought was inside which was not a big deal. The couches that turned into beds even the children thought they were hard and not comfortable to sit or lay on. That was the biggest complaint! Overall the place was very clean and for the money a nice stay. It was a convenient location and very near to all the attractions! Super close to the beach! We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Burton had a wonderful property. Very clean and welcoming, excellent communication. You can walk to the beach in less than two minutes. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Perfect getaway

I wanted a comfy place with a short walk to the beach, got it! Doggo enjoyed it too. I got my morning beach walks and spent time with family and friends. Definite do-over, will stay again
