Welcome to The Black House, a modern luxe home conveniently located off I-10 and just minutes to Downtown Houston! This home features 10ft ceilings, hot tub, a covered outdoor space, instaworthy photo-ops throughout & much more! You won't regret coming to this brand new, bright & open home, fully equipped with all the comforts of home.

BEDROOMS: This home sleeps max 12 guests in 2 KING beds, 1 QUEEN bed, 1 QUEEN sofa bed, and 1 QUEEN airbed. There is a Smart TV in the first floor living space, a Smart TV in second floor living space, and a smart TV in the master bedroom. See bed count below:

✔ Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, 1 single rollaway bed, Smart TV and en-suite Master bath.

✔ Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent

Very helpful host and lovely place. Don’t be deterred by the number of reviews…check them out on abnb! Highlights were the backyard and the overall cleanliness of the space. It’s literally right next to the highway but that didn’t bother us. Thanks again for hosting us

Review of our stay

Unfortunately the house was pretty dirty when we arrived. The floors weren’t clean. Bathrooms were gross including toilets. The water pressure was hardly anything and we didn’t have hot water.

We take cleanliness seriously as evidenced by our 5 star rating and 5 stars in cleaniliness, and we are looking into all the issues you have reported in this review! We do wish you had informed us during your stay, as we would have fixed the issues immediately. We did reach out to you during your stay (as we always do) and you reported everything was going great! We've now deep-cleaned the house. We're also investigating the water pressure and hot water problems to ensure they don't recur. No guests before or after you have mentioned issues with the hot water or water pressure, but we will definitely double-check to make sure we are not missing anything! Your feedback is valuable, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future for a better experience. Thank you for choosing our home.

No Complaints

The property looked just like the pictures. There were instructions for everything throughout the house. I appreciated having access to the washer and dryer to clean the bathroom towels since our stay was about 4 days. I mentioned to the host that we were celebrating a Birthday and they had balloons, champagne and a LED happy birthday sign waiting for us upon arrival. I also appreciated the speaker for us to play music on. All in all It was a great experience and I would likely stay there again if I decide to visit Houston.

Perfect!

Really a perfect stay! The property is truly how It looks in the pictures, beautiful! No small detail was overlooked, Michelle even had balloons and a cake to celebrate my husbands birthday as a surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
