Great spot, lots of room

Great location for our family. The museum district, downtown, and the theatre district are all super easy to get to via car or train. We recommend the train so you don't have to worry about parking. We had a great time. Will look into this place again next time we will be in Houston.

PERFECT!!!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and the house is beautiful and is in a great location. The hosts were accommodating and responsive at all times. They provided info for the surrounding area, which was super helpful. I would glady stay here again. Definitely a wonderful experience. Can't wait for my next visit!! :)

As described

Overall the condo was very nice and as described. We did, however, have an issue with the smoke alarm requiring batteries starting at 6:00 am our first morning, as the constant beep lasted for over 3 hours until my husband found a ladder in the garage and took the batteries out. After a long night, we were all exhausted the next day due to lack of sleep, which was very frustrating when you're trying to enjoy your vacation. The smoke alarms should be maintained and batteries changed yearly to prevent this from happening to the next paying guest. No apology or payment reduction for that night were offered. Also, there needs to be more than one coffee mug furnished. Only espresso cups which is super annoying. We had to go buy disposable cups from the Whole Foods market.

Excellent

We were in town for some ballgames so the location was excellent. The property was very comfortable-homey. Lots of stairs so if that is an issue for you this would not be suitable. Everything about our stay was great.

Spring break getaway

Houston Rodeo Trip

Incredibly well kept property with awesome views of downtown. Very spacious and close to anything you could ever need. Check in and out was easy and the host was very responsive. We will be back!

Very nice house

Very nice house. Lots of space and master bedroom and bathroom is beautiful. House was well stocked with high quality supplies including pots, pans, dishes and all needed utensils. The blankets, sheets, and towels were very plush. House was very clean

Great place for Baseball

Roomy, comfortable, master mattress was heavenly, croissant shop nearby was to die for. WiFi and televisions easy to use. Floors could have been mopped a little better otherwise apartment was very clean. I would most definitely return. Check in/check out very easy. Good community with host

Conference Attendance

It was a group of coworkers in town for an annual conference. The host was gracious and let us check in sooner than the stated time. That was very helpful as we had an early event to change into after our arrival.

Perfect spot for a girls weekend, anniversary, or any trip to Houston! Restaurants within walking distance, short Uber drives to many venues, and the space was beautiful! Would definitely stay again next time I am in Houston!

Wonderful stay in Midtown

This place was wonderful to stay at and very comfortable. The place is much larger than the photos appear and makes for a very comfy stay. If you have issues with stairs, then this wouldn't be the best stay for you as it's a very vertical townhome/condo with the kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor and 2 of the bedrooms on the third floor (which was great for us), but otherwise have nothing critical to say. Located right in Midtown and convenient to most central attraction spots. The place had most of what we needed to make the stay comfy and would definitely stay here again.

Business Conference Stay

The property was exactly as pictured on Vrbo. Myself and a colleague were in town for a business conference held at the George Brown Convention Center. It happened to be 100 degrees+ each day during the week that we stayed at the property, so it wasn't feasible to walk to the convention center. The neighborhood seemed safe, but there didn't seem to be any stores within walking distance. We ended up renting a car, which made the week more enjoyable. The rental was small enough to fit in the garage. Everything about our stay was positive. The property was spotless and beautifully decorated. I believe that another reviewer had suggested that a binder be provided at the property, with helpful tips about the city and neighborhood. I also agree that a binder would be helpful to determine good restaurants, close conveniences and how to use the public transit system. If you are looking for a good barbeque place close by, we recommend J-Bar-M Barbeque. It was delicious! I would definitely stay at this property again if in Houston!

Spacious, well-stocked condo with city skyline views

This condo is very spacious - three levels, 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 balconies, garage, and large living, dining and kitchen areas - and is very convenient to mid-town and downtown. The condo is well-stocked, and the view from the third floor balcony (off the master bedroom) is outstanding!. We loved the bike path on Austin St., right in front of the condo community. We rented B bikes from a nearby park and rode straight into downtown on dedicated bike lanes. Also, public transport is a 10-minute walk away, and it was free while we were there for the Final 4. Some bars, restaurants, and groceries are within walking, but Uber or having a car (or bike!) are the best options. While the area is generally nice and residential, I would not suggest walking alone at night (daytime was fine, but a few sketchy characters appeared after dusk). The condo community is gated so there's no lack of safety. Check-in/check-out was easy, and all instructions clear. Overall, this is a top-notch rental, and we would stay again when in Houston!

Great Place

We loved this place. It was conveniently located and easy to get to. There is a security gate and garage parking which made us feel safe. The master and 1 bedroom were on 3rd floor, kitchen on second and another bedroom on 1st floor. The bedrooms were quiet since they were on different floors. The unit also has a washer/dryer.
