This comfortable low-rise 2 bedroom 2 bath second floor oceanfront end unit is located in the quiet, family oriented Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach and is directly on the beautiful beach of this year-round resort town, just footsteps from the ocean. There is plenty to enjoy in all seasons.

We are on the second floor and this newly renovated building DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. There are four flights of stairs to reach our condo. This complex is not a hotel and all units are privately owned by individual owners.

This beautifully furnished and well maintained home away from home has tile floors in the kitchen and both bathrooms. There is new luxury vinyl flooring in the living room, both bedrooms and the hallway as of June 2022.

Our place offers a full-size fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a newer oven range (September 2018) and new refrigerator (June 2022). There is a new ceiling fan in the kitchen area.

The living room has a new sliding glass door that leads to the newly rebuilt balcony where you can enjoy the sounds and view of the ocean. New love seat as well as queen sofa bed and new straight back chair. There is a 43” flat screen smart TV in the living room with HD cable. Wifi internet access is also available.

In September 2019, we updated the wall hangings in the living room and second bedroom. There is all new wood trim in the living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms around the windows, door, baseboards and new ceiling crown molding in the living room as of 2022. New walls on the oceanfront side of the living room and master bedroom as well as the southern wall of the living room. New sliding glass door and windows as of 2022 also. Balconies were rebuilt in 2022. Living room and master bedroom was freshly painted in June 2022.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath and a 32" flat screen television with HD cable. You also have a direct view of the ocean from this bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and 32" flat screen TV with HD cable that is also ideal for playing video games. Each bedroom has sufficient closet space to meet your needs. Also, there is a laundry room in the condo with a high efficiency washer & dryer, onsite parking for two vehicles and an oceanfront pool. Parking tags are required which we will provide.

Sheets and bath towels are included on all rentals. The cleaning service provides a trash bag in each can, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels to get you started. You need to bring any extras as well as dish soap, dish detergent, laundry supplies, hair dryer, bath soap, etc.

There is a charcoal grilling area on the grounds of the complex for those who like to grill however you do need to bring supplies for it.

We are close to Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row and just a short drive from Broadway at the Beach and other wonderful Myrtle Beach attractions. We are about 30 minutes from North Myrtle Beach airport. There are many fun activities to enjoy for all ages.

From May 24 to September 6, 2025 rentals are weekly and Saturday to Saturday only. Monthly rentals available September thru May. Daily rentals available during the off season months.
