10 Acre Wine Country Estate Incredible Views

Recently remodeled single story Mediterranean style home situated on a 10 Acre lot with breathtaking views. There are at least 8 wineries within a 3-mile distance.
The floorplan of the house is amazing. The west wing consists of a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a luxurious bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The east wing of the house includes three more bedrooms, a full bathroom with double sinks and a laundry room. There is an additional third bathroom with a shower available for our guests to use. The entrance to the bathroom is located outside by the kitchen area. The main living space includes a gourmet kitchen, living room with a TV and a fireplace, formal dining room and an entertainment area. The house is highly upgraded. The whole interior of the home has been renovated in 2021. The house is approximately 3000 sq ft.
Other things to note
There are three cameras located on the front yard pointing to the driveway and the front yard and one doorbell camera. Cameras are ON and recording 24/7 during the reservation.

There is a dirt road leading to the property gate that is about 700ft long.

We had a wonderful weekend in Temecula wine country! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Our host, Irina, was very responsive, and everything we needed was provided, making our stay easy and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly book again.

Great Stay!

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was a great experience! Irina was very accommodating with our requests since we had a strict timeline with our wine tour. House was super clean and everything was really nice! Would definitely recommend!

The stay here was great! The house is massive, and has a comfortable layout away from other houses. The check in process was simple, and the host was responsive with questions. If you want to go to Temecula, I can recommend staying at this property!

Winter - New Year’s Eve

Easy to book, great communication with property manager/owner, beautiful home. Given excellent directions to the property because it is tucked down a dirt road which was not a problem. Lovely views from property. Backyard has a drop-off edge (not safe for choldren). Close to wineries and downtown. Interesting, the third bathroom was located outside the house in the front again not a problem. Enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend

Beautiful spacious home with amazing views. Check in and check out process was smooth, and great communication with the host. The home was clean and stocked with everything you'd need. We enjoyed our last morning there watching the hot air balloons float across the sky. We will be back!

Very clean house with comfortable beds and sheets. Close to some of the best wineries. I just wish they had kettle to boil water for tea! Everything was great with this place!

Wonderful experience staying at this property

All the needs and wants that you look for in a vacation home, were fulfilled by this one. Condition, location, service, the pots & pans… the list is long. Absolutely value for money. And the icing on the cake was the champagne given by the owner . Needless to say, all boxes ticked. Recommend this property to everyone. It was a very spacious house with incredible sweeping views from the backyard. All appliances were high end and all rooms were nicely appointed. Will stay again.
