Living room with sofa bed, 2 armchairs, dining table with chairs, satellite TV, stereo, telephone, terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 2 separate beds, 2 bedside tables, large wardrobe, valuables. Cot not possible. Kitchenette with 4 burner stove, sink, hood, refrigerator. Furthermore, utensils and household items, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster. Shower / toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, hair dryer. Parking is available directly at the house. Bicycles can intoa garage are provided. Laminate flooring. For allergy sufferers, bridges and carpets are removed. • Linen packages (sheets, 2 towels, 1 bath towel and 1 dishcloth per person) are optional and can be rented as an additional service. • Use of shared washing machine and dryer after agreement for a fee.
In the spa district of Büsum, very close to both the lawn and the sandy beach, you will find our well-maintained apartment house Seewind. It is located in the first row directly behind the dike. Prior to extending the fascinating Wadden Sea National Park. You are here in the sea air zone. It is only a 10- to 15-minute walk to the center, the Physiomar spa facilities and the Piratenmeer adventure seawater wave pool. Parking in the grounds. Bicycles can be parked in a closed non-lockable garage.
Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Büsum ist immer einen Besuch wert. Besonders die Badeperle, macht das Baden im Meer noch sicherer.
FEWO, war in einer perfekten Lage. Nur 5 Minuten zum Strand. Allerdings war die Wohnung etwas vernachlässigt. Spinnweben über dem Herd unter der Dunstabzugshaube, Spinnweben an der Wand, Dreck in den Ecken. Allerdings war das Bad super sauber.

Sehr mäßig, nicht zu empfehlen
Keine Lattenroste in den Betten, statt dessen zusammengezimmerte Latten und ein Brett.
Cd-Player und Radio Fehlanzeige.
Dunstabzugshaube stark verschmutzt und riecht .
Schranktüren klemmen und man kann sie nur mit Kraft und zwei Händen öffnen und schließen.
Uvm.....
Vermittlungsbüro wurde verständigt und hat die Schäden aufgenommen.

Naja, auf jedenfall nicht nochmal in das Haus
Der Ferienort Büsum ist traumhaft. Diesen können wir sehr Empfehlen.
Leider hat es schon bei der Ankunft und Check-In Probleme gegeben. Es wurde ein zu hoher Rechnungsbetrag verlangt. Diesen konnten wir durch Telefonieren und Emailnachweis richtigstellen.
Als wir dann in die Wohnung kamen, hat uns fast der Schlag getroffen. Die komplette Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber, im Bad haben wir eine Damenbinde (zum Glück unbenutzt) vorgefunden. Unter dem Schlafsofa lag alles voll mit Müll und Staub. Auf der Terrasse stand ein voller Plastikbecher als Aschenbecher. Die Mikrowelle war außen komplett mit Spinnenweben voll, diese fanden wir auch in der ganzen Wohnung. Bei der Umlufthaube kam beim ersten Einschalten eine Menge Staub heraus.
Die Abluftöffnung im Bad war komplett mit Staub zugesetzt.
Desweitern könnten die Sitzauflagen für die Stühle von der Terrasse mal erneuert werden und vlt auch so viele vor Ort sein wie Gäste in der Wohnung angemeldet sind.
Die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher ging nicht richtig.
Nach mehreren Telefonaten mit dem Vermieter, kam dann nochmal ein Reinigungstrupp. Der Trupp war perfekt und haben es auch nicht verstehen können.
Dann musste in der zweiten Hälfte noch ein Kanaldienst kommen, da in den unteren Wohnungen das Wasser aus dem Klo immer weiter gestiegen ist.
Antwort darauf: Dieses Problem hätten sie schon immer!!
Ist aber auch verständlich, wenn man die Wasserspülung von der Toilette nur auf Sparflamme eingestellt hat, ich denke es werden gerade so 3 Liter sein.
Wie schon erwähnt, der Ort und die Strände sind traumhaft, allerdings können wir diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen, leider sind die Bilder hier auch schon älter und man sollte sich vlt mal überlegen ein paar Sachen zu erneuern.
