Basic, but clean.l and affordable. Lovely swimming pool area. Great location to everything in Puerto Vallarta. Two thumbs up!

Perfect Week Away

The condo was as advertised. Basically furnished and equipped but everything we needed. Irma was great. We asked for a third chair for the balcony and she brought two! The view was spectacular! Definitely recommend!

Great place! Enter the building on the 4th floor in a upper streat. Be advised that People underground 18yo are not welcomed... even if the booking site allow you to book with Kids... it is an hetero friendly place ;) enjoy the pool and thé romantica zone!!

The condo has amazing views and is in an excellent location. The interior definitely needs updating. The WiFi didn't work. After walking me through many troubleshooting steps, the person I exchanged texts with finally told me their internet service was out and they were switching providers. The person gave me a different WiFi connection and password, but that one didn't work either. I reported twice that the ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work, but they never came to fix it. Overall the property is worth renting, but with so many parties involved in managing it nothing really seems to get done.

Beautiful Zero

First - the view from the balcony of this apartment is STUNNING! We were there for a week of New Years & just Wow - the fireworks around the bay..!! Now everything else- the kitchen is falling apart, cabinet doors falling off, drawers collapsing, sinks stopped draining (they responded quickly to that one). Don’t plan to cook a lot - poorly equipped w cooking implements/pots & pans etc.Patio chairs are broken/falling apart. 1st floor bedroom fan & light randomly comes on in the middle of the night (be sure you have the remote close to the bed) There are holes in the wall & no lights anywhere near the bed - all light switches are across the room for the overheads. Also - building has 2 entrances front and back, make sure your taxi drops you off at the back, up the hill or you will be carrying your suitcases up a long flight of stairs past the pool to get to the elevator. Friendly staff. great pool.

Beautiful pictures but disappointing property

We wish we had known that there are two entrances to this property. One has 4 flights of stairs and is where the cab took us. The other entrance is street level and there is an elevator. Thank goodness the security/doorman came to our rescue and helped us up all those brutal stairs with our luggage. He also let us know that the 4th floor is where the main entrance is from the "ariba" side. When taking a cab they understand if you tell them Torre Malibu, the ariba side. We can't say enough good things about this gentleman. Even though he didn't speak English he managed to communicate with us and was so helpful!!! Be advised that the second bedroom in the loft has a slanted roof and you can not sit up in bed without hitting your head. The spiral staircase is very narrow and difficult to get up and down -- especially with luggage. There is no bathroom on the loft level. There are no closets to hang any clothes. Hard to find switches to turn on lights and many of them were burnt out so very dark. The main floor bedroom has a wall of glass going into the hall with no curtains. It is a very strange set up. There are no comfortable places to sit in the whole place. The positives were the great location and fantastic view. The pool and pool area are very nice and we enjoyed them very much.

Great location. Good accommodations on budget. Beware of Construction Noise and No Internet

The location within the romantic zone is undeniable particularly if you want easy access to the beach, Mantamar, and other beach clubs. Additionally, it's a short walk (10 min) to the main drag with a slight hill on the walk back. The space itself is decent if looking for a great location at a budget rate. The loft was clean as expected upon easy entry into the loft. The couch is uncomfortable to sit on given its cushion length and height. Water pressure is terrible..merely a trickle in both showers. There is construction throughout the building. Do not expect to sleep in or nap between 10am-630pm. This made relaxing or work time very difficult. Don't count on the internet. After resetting the modem several times as instructed, it still did not work. Had to change my location to work at Starbucks rather than the loft on the balcony as I was looking forward to. The downstairs bedroom has no privacy curtain from the main entrance/hallway. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all equipped with clean linens, towels, and plenty of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Airconditioning worked as expected. Will I stay again? No. Between the construction noise and internet issue, I'm not able to take another chance. However, if those are not a concern for you, then Loft 805 may be the place for you.

Great spot in Old Town

This is a great spot for walking to everything in the Old Town and the beach. Views were amazing! A/C was good, place was clean, and the pool was wonderful. Note that there are stairs and hills to navigate here, but well worth it!

View is fantastic! Hotel has rapid Covid testing for travel. $50 US but hassle free. Pool is huge and everyone was very friendly. Shower pressure is very poor but overall very comfortable and walkable to restaurants, Beach and shops.

Look up the area before you book… just saying. Internet didn’t work for the first two days and hardly worked after it was fixed. Bathrooms are tiny and showers have almost no pressure. There’s almost no shade at the pool and if you want an umbrella you have to pay 350 pesos to rent it. AC didn’t work in the master bedroom. Nice lighting and patio though.

Rooms with a view

I had the corner apartment with a panoramic view of the ocean. It was very clean, had a beautiful pool and a quick walk to the beach where you can sit on the beach with an umbrella for 500 mx pesos which includes food and drinks.

Beautiful view

The view is excellent! Checking in was a problem because the building entry code was not correct. Fortunately, a kind couple let me into the building as they were exiting. I called Vacasa for the code. A day later, there was a knock at the door. Although the person was friendly, he didn't know the new code, either. Fortunately, the same kind couple who let me into the building told me the code. The shower in the bathroom in the hallway didn't work, but the sink had hot water. The en suite bathroom sink didn't have hot water, but the shower worked, so I'd shower in one bathroom and brush my teeth in the other. This wasn't a problem because I was there by myself as my friends had to cancel at the last minute. However, if we had all been there, it would have been a problem. I didn't need to use the a/c because there was always a nice breeze. I could hear the surf at night, which was nice.

Amazing Views, Location, Hospitality

This was my first trip to Mexico, and I couldn’t have asked for a better time. I simply cannot get enough of the view from this loft! Located right by Playa Los Muertos, you have everything you need within walking distance, with many local spots nearby that are definitely worth enjoying. The local Vacasa team here is amazing, and Ilse was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed, gave great recommendations, was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The loft was very clean, well air conditioned, and had everything I needed. When it came time to take a Covid test before flying back to the US, Ilse coordinated everything for us and an at-home lab provider conveniently came to the loft to administer the tests for us and printed out the results needed for our flights home. Thank you so much, and I hope to be back again soon!

Amazing View Walking Distance to Beach and Zona Romantica

What a great property. The view is to die for. Less than 2 blocks from the beach and a few more blocks to the center of Zona Romantica. You don't need a car while staying here which a huge plus. The unit also had everything we need to cook. We will definitely be staying here again. Ilse thank you for all of your help.
