Los condominios de THE PARK están idealmente ubicados en el área del casco antiguo "Zona Romántica" de Puerto Vallarta. Nuestro condominio en el quinto piso se encuentra en uno de los lugares más nuevos y más buscados en Vallarta, el edificio se completó en el otoño de 2014. El edificio cuenta con una terraza en la azotea con una piscina infinita de agua salada de 25 metros (80 pies), parrilla de barbacoa, muchas áreas de descanso y descanso, área de sol o sombra para complacer a todos. Vistas de 360 grados.

El edificio de condominios THE PARK está a solo una cuadra de las mejores playas y del paseo marítimo de El Malecón. Nuestra ubicación ofrece todas las comodidades de la vida en la ciudad, a pocos pasos de la playa de Los Muertos. No hay colinas Excelente vida nocturna, excelentes restaurantes, bares junto a la playa, tiendas y mucho más.

Ubicado en el 5to piso, este moderno condominio mide 940 pies cuadrados, cuenta con acabados y decoración de diseñador mejorados y espera su llegada. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size relajante colchón Tempur-pedic. El dormitorio también tiene un baño en suite equipado con ducha extra grande para caminar.

El segundo dormitorio ofrece una cómoda cama doble y un pequeño armario. También cuenta con una unidad de aire acondicionado individual para la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes.
Este condominio duerme cómodamente 3-4 personas.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama: cocina de gas, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, refrigerador, encimeras de granito. ¿Te gusta cocinar? todo lo que necesitas para preparar una buena comida te espera. Todo el edificio tiene agua filtrada del grifo o del refrigerador / máquina de hielo. Esto también hace que el agua sea relajante mientras se ducha.

El salón tiene un sofá grande y cómodo, además de un asiento individual. También tiene un gran televisor de pantalla plana LCD, un reproductor de DVD Blue Ray y una radio.

Esta unidad tiene 3 unidades de aire acondicionado mini splits silenciosas y eficientes que funcionan por separado para la comodidad de todos. Otras características incluyen Wifi en toda la unidad y una línea telefónica para llamadas gratuitas a los EE. UU., Canadá y México. Las puertas correderas al balcón se abren por completo para aquellos que desean sentir el viento suave de Puerto Vallarta.

Condo is perfectly outfitted with everything you need, including umbrellas (not that we needed them!). Location is the best-so close to beach , lively area! Build concierges are wonderfully cheery & helpful with directions etc. would go back in an instant!

Great location.

Property was very clean and the front door people were great. Lots of construction going on all around the property, with lots of noise. We shut the doors and windows and put up with it but it could bother other people. Great location with lots of good places to eat.

The building is beautiful, especially the rooftop area. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. We were able to get into the suite a bit earlier than check-in time. The only real issue was the day the water had to be shut off for maintenance work. This is obviously outside the control of the owner. We were advised in advance, but when 6 hours turned into 10, then on and off through the night, it's an issue not being able to run a shower or use a toilet for that amount of time. Some on-going updates and communication would have been appreciated. The wifi is pretty good, but doesn't necessarily reach all corners of the suite. The air conditioning was excellent; plenty of towels; everything well-stocked, well-maintained. The master bed was a bit firmer than average. The location is very central, close to everything, especially the nightlife. You would think the bar noise would be an issue, but the bedroom is pretty soundproof. You're more likely to hear construction noise from next door, but there's construction no matter where you are in PV.

Amazing property!!!

We would first like to thank Diane the owner for opening this amazing property for all of us to Enjoy! This condo is beautiful. It is in the prime Romantica location in PV. The condo is fully equipped and you need nothing. We have stayed in many condos and this was now our top pick. The condo is perfect. It’s not just set up for day use but to actually live in, so makes it feel like home. If there is any bad reviews do not pay attention to them as I will be the first to admit, I’m kinda booshy when it comes to the condo I stay in and this one is a 10plus!!! And the pictures are exactly as the units shows, but much better in person!!!!

The location was The Park in old town

We loved the apt it was nice,people at the frount desk were excellent, the rooftop pool area was exceptional and we used it every day , public areas were very clean , we loved the very convenient spot ,close to everything,excellent restaurants,shopping.we walked down to the pier every night and along the Malacon it was just wonderful.i would for sure stay again and again ! One thing worth mentioning though is there is a very noisy pop up bar right below the apt that is very very loud until the wee hours! Take earplugs for those nights

Thanks for this review! I am glad you enjoyed the apartment and the beautiful amenities of the rooftop terrace. It's sure relaxing with the wonderful view. Usually, the individual air conditioning system, in each bedroom shuts the noise up. Having spent a lot of time in my condo myself, it did not bother us at all.

Family trip

Very nice property in a great, walkable location. Well maintained and clean. Nice supply of kitchen dishes, cups, and utensils. It can be noisy at night if that bothers you. Our daughter loved swimming in the heated pool. Info sent ahead of arrival regarding check in and out instructions mentioned that a building manager would meet us, but we never heard from him. We didn't see a welcome binder as mentioned either. We were welcomed and given keys by the front desk security staff, though, and it was nice having them there for peace of mind. Would definitely recommend this property and stay here again if we come back to PV.

Terrific location in a well-appointed condo

The condo was well-stocked with supplies - plenty of bath towels, paper towels, Kleenex and extra toilet paper. Plus shampoo and soaps. Lots of cups, dishware and cookware in the kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit, with laundry detergent. Unit was very clean and furniture felt new. Air conditioning worked well. Rooftop pool is saltwater, so no chlorine smell! And very peaceful. Building is very safe, with keycard access and 24 hour security. Unit has an in-room safe as well. The only negative was that the building across the street has just started some major reconstruction, so we heard lots of banging noises during the day, and sometimes music and yelling from the construction workers. Overall, though, this condo is terrific, and the bedrooms are VERY quiet.

Property was cheaply furnished; pool towels thin and stained; shower water hot for 5-7 minutes; dishwasher broken; torn cushion on balcony chair; No instructions on tv usage, Refrigerator stopped dispensing cold water because the filter needs changed; bathroom sink not firmly attached; toilet seat ready to fall off. The rooftop pool tile was like ice. O our next to last day, I witnessed two falls and then I fell and sprained my left knee; the ice machine was broken; no bar tender and no food. The only bright spot was the office staff (Karen, Matias and Joaquin).

Had problems with Netflix and Prime and could not figure out how to watch the news but we are old. Condo was great. Lots of towels. Microwave a little antsy with the door situation. They have now purchased a new one. Front Door needed to be repaired. We loved the location and the pool was excellent. Thank you again.

Perfect location and fantastic accommodation

Right in the heart of romantic zone, with access to everything it has to offer, yet also removed enough to enjoy quiet days by the pool. Seamless check in process and great place to call home for a short while. Would stay again for certain.

Location & Rooftop

Although we appreciated the contactless check in due to Covid it would have been nice to have an orientation manual. Things like which of the 4 remotes, worked which item, how to book a cleaning service, local neighborhood info. Other than that the location was great, the rooftop and amenities top notch. All of the kitchen items perfect for staying home. Very well stocked. We’d come back in a heart beat.

Location!

2 blocks from the beach and close to romantic zone restaurants and attractions. I walked the beach and malecon every day for shopping, eating etc. Also handy market in same building carries some American food and snacks. Building staff were helpful and polite. Kitchen was well supplied and apartment had a lot of nice upgrades with beautiful bathroom and recessed lighting. Only slight drawback was master has no windows and overhead lighting gave feeling of fluorescent lights. I’d say put in some better lightbulbs and I probably wouldn’t care about the window. Also tips about where to buy real groceries and other info would be appreciated! I would definitely stay again.

The location of this condo is fantastic. You are just steps away from the best part of the city. The beach is very close as well. The market on the ground level has everything you could need.

nice condo, great location,

Well laid out esp for a couple and one or two children. Pool is fabulous and the condo is bright, cheery and pretty. Lots of dishes. Lacks a small library and instructions on how to use the TV ( we could only get 1 English channel and that may have been because we really did not know how to use it)

Rooftop paradise

The unit was incredible; great location, great decor, great rooftop pool. The unit has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We did run into an issue with inconsistent messaging from the staff at the front desk with regard to having guests over, where one staff member told us that no guests were allowed after 10pm. This seemed to be an arbitrary rule put in place by one person, but it did impact our ability to have friends over one night. Other than that it was a great stay.

My husband and I fell in love with Puerto Vallarta and its people over 20 years ago. We love the Romantic Zone for it's incredible selection of Restaurants, beautiful beaches, the safety of the area and mainly it's 'ambiance'. This beautiful neighbourhood is easy going, secure and short walk to the beach (one block from Los Muertos Beach).
