On a 400 m² large grassy plot located the cozy detached holiday home is ideal for vacation. It stands out not only by the optimally utilized about 45 m² living space but also by the location. In Sellin in the southeast of the island of Rügen is indeed central, but at the same time in a quiet location. In just a few minutes walk you can reach the beach as well as shops, bank, doctors and pharmacy, and of course the "main" street Sellins, Wilhelmstrasse - the way to the most famous pier in Ruegen. Here you will find a wide selection of restaurants, fashion and jewelry stores, spa, as well as bookstore and bike rental.

Ferienhaus Sonnensteg:
The house is ideal for up to two people with approx. 45 m² living space. Several rooms await you. A closed entrance hall takes not only the day wardrobe and - if really necessary - the umbrella. One bedroom with double bed can be reached from two entrances. A dining room completes the premises. The living room with comfortable seating and TV with cable / satellite connection invites you to linger and relax. The kitchen is integrated in this living room and has all the necessary equipment such as four-ring hob, oven, sink, extractor fan and fridge freezer. Kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and of course crockery and cutlery complete the kitchen area. A rustic covered patio accessed directly from the living area offers the opportunity to turn your daily meal into an open-air experience, to eat the steak fresh from the grill, to read or even to smoke the cigarette that is totally unwanted in the house. In the summer season there are two garden loungers with a small table available. Thus, you can also indulge in the sun at the holiday home, near the fridge. A fixed rotary dryer in the garden absorbs the wet bathing suit, assuming dry weather. A bright friendly bathroom has next to toilet, bidet, sink and shower plenty of storage space for the hygiene needs on vacation. Incidentally, mosquito nets in front of some doors and windows ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
