Summary:
Located in a courtyard and on the ground floor, this is my 85 M2 apartment. You will find two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower for each, with queen size beds, two toilets of which one is separated from the bedroom.

There is also a comfortable sofa bed for two people.
Both bedrooms have Dyson fans and the living room has air conditioning (A/C).

Luxurious and modern, you will not miss anything: kitchen, TV with a multitude of channels, my haven of peace is waiting for you!

The Space:
It has two bedrooms in suite each with a queen size bed, two toilets of which one is separate from the bedroom. There is also a comfortable sofa bed for two people.

You will enjoy cooking good food in a fully equipped kitchen.

Spacious, it is perfect for a family of 3 or 4 children thanks to these 2 double rooms.
We also provides you with:

- unlimited wireless internet (WiFi)

Guest Access:
Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment.

All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

A baby crib can be provided upon request with a supplementary fee of 40€.

The Neighborhood:
Between the Marais and the Montorgueil district, you are in the heart of the city! Discover the authentic Paris by the pedestrian streets, its shops, and the banks of the Seine, just next door!

Many greengrocers, bars and gourmet addresses are spread throughout Montorgueil district, a favorite meeting place for Parisians who like to meet in this village atmosphere in the center of the capital.

For fashion boutique addicts, you can stroll in the Marais district which is very lively ... even on Sundays!

Lots of museums are within 2 steps of my address, the Museum of Arts et Métiers in the footsteps of inventors, the famous George Pompidou Center consisting of one of the largest collection of modern and contemporary art in the world, the Museum of Hunting and Nature in a prestigious mansion from 17th century of the Marais ...

Getting Around:
Metro line 3 is a 2-minutes walk from the apartment. A little further, a 4-minutes walk, you can also take the metro line 11 at Arts et Métiers and the metro line 4 at
Etienne Marcel.
At 7 minutes away by foot at Châtelet-Les-Halles, you have the RER A, B and D.
You can also enjoy the view by taking the bus, bike and electric scooter.
Visiting Paris has never been so easy!

After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email or Airbnb message.
