The apartment was in the perfect location with tons of restaurants nearby as well as transportation to all the desirable locations. We really enjoyed the balcony and the AC since it was in the 90s when we visited. Frédéric was such a gracious host and responded immediately to all of my questions. We would definitely book again.

The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and water pressure in shower was great. We really just used the apt to sleep and shower and it was great for that.

We really loved this apartment! It’s on the 6th floor, with great views from the balcony. You really feel you are in Paris!! It’s within easy walking distance of so many sights, shopping and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed—well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of storage. We just loved coming “home” to it every evening. The owner, Frederic, was very responsive and super helpful. I would love to stay here again. Merci!

We loved this apartment in the heart of Paris. So many things close by and enjoying the balcony was just the best! The process to check in and out was so smooth, the host very communicative. Very clean! We loved the espresso machine and appreciated the fridge. The skylights added so much light to the space and made it dark for good sleep. The beds were very comfortable! Proximity to metro, cute park, shops and restaurants all around. We would love to stay here again on our next trip. Very comfortable for our family of 3 but family of 4 would be comfortable too. Highly recommend!

Location to the Metro made it easy to move about the city.Instructions from the host were clear, with great detail. The host’s efforts to help us find the apartment along with explanations on how to enjoy the apartment’s amenities was greatly appreciated!Loved the balcony. We loved the balcony view of the old church. Having places to eat and drink right below the place was nice. The location next to the Metro was a very short walk and very convenient. Frederic was a wonderful host and communicated in a timely manner to our questions. His instructions for entering the rental were very helpful. Excellent location, easy to check in, and it was fun to feel like we were living in Paris instead of staying in a hotel. The apartment was nice but quite small. I can’t imagine how 5 people would fit. There was nowhere to unpack our clothes. The sheets/towels were old and left a bit to be desired. Overall though we enjoyed ourselves very much. A next-door cathedral bells start ringing at 8 am. It was charming but a bit shocking the first morning!

Bonjour Julie, merci de votre avis et je vais préciser certains points. Je donne la surface exacte de l’appartement dans le descriptif, vous la connaissiez donc avant de réserver. Voici un extrait de ma présentation: « La surface réservée est de 40 m2 » J’explique bien qu’il n’est possible de loger une cinquième personne que dans des conditions basiques. 95 % de mes réservation sont pour deux à quatre personnes maximum, et quand il y a une cinquième personne, j’avertis à l’avance que ce sera serré. Voilà un autre extrait de mon annonce : « Je peux fournir à votre demande un matelas supplémentaire qui sera disposé parterre pour une 5e personne. C'est un couchage basique (matelas peu épais) si vous êtes facile : pour un enfant, etc. ». Il y a une petite penderie à l’entrée avec de nombreux cintres et plusieurs placards fixés au mur dans la chambre. Tous les voyageurs y rangent leurs vêtements habituellement. Vous ne les avez pas vus ? Enfin, vous voyez sur les photos que l’appartement est juste en face d’une église, et effectivement en France, toutes les églises commencent à sonner à 8h. Mais heureusement, avant vous, cela n’a jamais dérangé personne. Pour les serviettes, je comprends votre observation et je vais veiller à ce que les anciennes ne soient plus réutilisées. Elles seront toutes neuves. Désolé si l’appartement n’a pas répondu à toutes vos attentes. C’est heureusement rarement le cas, je fais le maximum pour que les voyageurs passent un bon séjour.

My sister and I stayed in Frederic's apartment for a week. We had a wonderful time and the apartment had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the balcony and (when it wasn't raining) we spent breakfast, cocktail hour and dinner on it. Having said that, this really isn't a "two bedroom" apartment. The living room can be converted into a bedroom (very comfortable sofa couch) and the space is separated by a curtain. If this bothers you or you really like to have a formal living room, this is not the place for you. My younger sister slept there because...well.....she is younger :-). The elevator is small (one person, one piece of luggage) but the building has an elevator whereas many buildings in Paris do not. Since this apartment is on the top floor may be important to many. Frederic was a great host, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. We would stay there again. Susan and Hilarie

Perfect Location

Honestly, you cannot find a better spot for touring - you are about 100 meters from a major Metro hub and blocks away from many interesting spots. The balcony looks over Saint-Eustache -a fascinating church. We enjoyed being near Le Marais for the restaurants and ate breakfast at the Florida, which is basically downstairs.

Great Place!!

Such a great place to stay for a week with our daughter for her Senior graduation trip! Perfect location with tons of restaurants in the area and a cute market they set up twice a week outside as well. It was so easy to walk to any and all we wanted to see. Fredrick was so nice and made check in super easy! The size of the apartment is quaint but perfect for the 3 of us! Very, very clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

C’est en plein centre de Paris. Je peux aller partout à pied et s’il faut prendre le métro, presque toutes les lignes passent en bas de chez moi. Il y a une multitude de restaurants, de bars, de monuments historiques, de boutiques branchées… je ne peux pas être plus parisien !

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Son balcon et sa vue.
Son orientation sud et ouest.
Le calme absolu de la chambre pour des nuits paisibles.
L’ascenseur (beaucoup d’immeubles à Paris n’en n’ont pas) et l’air conditionné.
