Beautiful stone house in Orsan, Gard, private pool, pets allowed (2).

This beautiful house with an independent studio is located at the heart of the Côtes-du-Rhône vineyards, which has given certain surrounding villages a lovely reputation (Tavel, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac). The village of Goudargues is 23 km away, known as the Venice of the Gard, where you can go canoeing and kayaking on the Cèze. The Ardèche gorges and Orgnac-l'Aven are a bit more than 30 km away. La Roque-sur-Cèze and the Sautadet waterfalls are 20 km away.

INSIDE
You enter the house through the large living room, made up of the lounge with sofas and a central fireplace, and the very well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a large table. From the lounge there is a staircase from which you can go up to the mezzanine, where there is a second lounge with a sofa bed and TV. On the right of the living room, you go down a few steps to a hall where a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom and a separate WC is leading off it. From this same hall, a wooden staircase leads to the upstairs which is made up of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with one double bed and one single bed. At the far end of the garden, the studio includes a living room with a sofa, TV, fireplace and kitchen area, as well as a shower room and a separate WC. A wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine where there is a double bed and a single bed. The studio is semi-detached at the back, without causing any disturbance or affecting privacy.

OUTSIDE
You enter the property through a gate which looks out onto a vast paved area where there is a garden lounge and a large table for taking your meals, sheltered from the sun by a sun umbrella. The swimming pool area is surrounded by lawn, much to the children's delight. The swimming pool is secured by an alarm and a removable fence. In front of the studio, there is another table and a sun umbrella. Large trees and hedges protect you from the neighbours. In the summer, the flowers finish off decorating with taste this very beautiful place. You can park 2 cars on the property.

OUR OPINION
It is rare to find a village house, with nobody in front of you and with a beautiful swimming pool area, entirely lawned. The geographical location of Orsan provides numerous possibilities for activities to entertain you and to spend a wonderful holiday.
