It comprises:

a sleeping area with a double bed;
a sitting area;
a fully equipped kitchen;
a bathroom with a shower and toilet;
a dining area;

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, a fridge, a microwave and all the kitchenware you’ll need during your stay.

A Nespresso coffee machine is also available, with a few capsules, as well as tea and sugar.

The accommodation also has free Wi-Fi, a television and a hairdryer.

The flat is on the first floor and there is no lift.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
TOILETRY ITEMS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

The keys will be handed over at our SR LOC branch.

The flat is situated at the foot of Saint-Bénigne Cathedral.

For parking, we recommend the Condorcet car park, located at 28 Rue Condorcet, 21000 Dijon.
This is the nearest public car park to the accommodation.
This underground car park has a maximum height of 1.90 m and charges around €11 for a full day.

You will be provided with all the necessary information regarding access to the accommodation and the handover of the keys two days before your arrival.

We will be available remotely throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have and to assist you should you need any help.

The flat enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of Dijon’s historic centre, at the foot of Saint-Bénigne Cathedral.

You can easily walk to the city’s main tourist attractions, including Saint-Philibert Church, the Archaeological Museum, Place Darcy, the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and the pedestrianised streets of the city centre.

There are also plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity.

The accommodation is easily accessible by public transport.

Dijon railway station is about a 7-minute walk away, and the Foch-Gare tram stop is also within walking distance.

Thanks to its location right in the city centre, many tourist attractions and shops are also within easy walking distance.

This accommodation is situated in a quiet residential area. Noise disturbances are strictly prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am.
