This little condo was perfect for our couples getaway! Literally steps out the back door to the beautiful beach! We had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely return!

Perfect location for us! Just walk out the door to the pool or beach. Loved that beah chairs wirh umbrella were provided, so convenient not dragging anything but ourselves to the beach.Unit was very clean and communication for check in and out was easy. Looking forward to coming back, hoping it's available next trip!

This property's listing was a little deceiving. The picture shows a large window that appears to look out to the ocean, but in reality it looks out to a white fence, pool, and a dune blocking any view of the ocean. The space was clean but so much smaller than expected, with a tiny bathroom with a very low ceiling. It would not be an appropriate place for someone taller than 5'10" in our opinion. Unfortunately, the toilet did not work properly from the first flush and my husband had to plunge it several times. Fortunately for us, the host changed our accommodations to a place that was so much more to suitable!

Pictures are totally accurate as they are taken from that unit. Toilet issue was due to a county sewage pipe that was being repaired. Not a problem with the condo. As the guest accurately described, we immediately moved the guest to another complex. It is our belief the review should be for the total stay and certainly deserves a 5-star review.

Nice,cozy and quiet condo. Beach with umbrella and chairs only steps away. Pool right outside back door of condo. Me and the wifey will definitely come again.

Right by the pool and short walk to the beach. Mostly a nice place for the price but there was a few roaches we saw (alive and dead) as well as a lizard inside the unit. We travel a bit and who can plan an exact arrival time? Legacy Vacations was very accommodating, let us in early. I have rented where the check in time they management is strict and I left. You can not go wrong with this location or Legacy Vacations. Sweet young lady even came by first day to make sure everything was good. Amazing people

187 steps to the ocean

Communication from host was best I have experienced ...they even went as far as to alert me of a road closing overnight for construction. The location was ideal for me...as I wanted something quiet and close to the beach. Being able to walk 187 steps from the back door to the water with no shoes on was an added bonus! Stayed in July so the free beach chair service with umbrella was appreciated. For one person who didn't want to be troubled with cooking this place really is ideal. If you plan on cooking be aware there is only a toaster oven not a traditional oven.The Beachview restaurant next door is a good place to grab a meal if you don't want to fight traffic.Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

You can tell they put thought into every detail. Access to the beach couldn’t have been easier, we were just steps away from the sand, making it perfect for quick trips with our little one. The deep pool was super fun and such a nice bonus for cooling off after a beach day. Super clean, adorably decorated with the perfect beachy vibe, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The view was absolutely beautiful. Already planning on booking again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and easy beach getaway!

Great for small family, couple, or someone who wants to get away.

Location, location, location! Walk directly from your room to the poool and only a few more steps and your on the beach. For our small family of 3 it was perfect! So much easier getting out each day with a little one!The property was clean! If you have ever lived in FL you know Palmetto bugs and critters are just part of it usually. We didn’t experience one bug while at our stay. The place is so clean! Dehumidifier in the room helped greatly to keep everything fresh and clean as well which was a nice added touch. The bed was comfy and a true kind size bed. Loved that they had community laundry room so we could just walk over and do a load whenever needed. We enjoyed our stay so much will be booking again in the future!

Really nice stay!

My 17 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights. The condo is great location for those wanting fast access to the beach. We stepped out the door and were about 5 feet from the pool and a one minute walk straight out to the the beach. We ordered groceries and cooked on site. In four days we never needed to leave the location. I worked remotely in the mornings and the WiFi access was great. We will stay here again. My only advice is to bring beach towels if you want them for on top of the beach chairs. We didn’t and had to order them for delivery. Also, coffee filers and more TP provided by host would be great. We ordered those as well. Overall we loved it!
